Everybody smiles,the terrace around the pool is a very nice place to relax at any time all your staff are very helpful and the quality of your food equals any I have eaten in my travels in Asia Thank to you and your staff. |

This hotel is very well located and also although check in wasnt supposed to be before 14h, we arrived at 7am and got a room which was nice after a long trip. Not enough staff at the reception: one person was checking out several person at the same time which was a little chaotic. |

I didnt need any transportation because the hotel place is good shopping and night life and sky train station 5 min walk They requested me to pay 1000 bht for any guest come over and I was alone and the room for 2 persons already and I didnt like the way of customer service manager way but he took my angry |

i like the puffet and the room was nice i would like to recommend adding more veritey of international food and arabic food. Also, it will be if you add more arabic channles and if you could provide arabic speaker staff ecpically at the reception |

Best location,for medical purpose due to easy access to Bumbrungrad Hospital. Also interm of access to BTS train to go to other part of the city. The location Nana itself is full of best places to go around, like restaurants etc. we were disappointed with the room, which was not in par with its claim or the money the hotel charges. You can get the same standard room for half the price. The the lady at the tour desk was not welcoming when we tried to inquire on possible tours for us. But the rest of the staffs were nice enough. |

I liked the location and the service from the staff. Generel its an okay hotel. The cleaning of the room was poor, specialy when you got the best view from 23 floor and the panorama windows are all dirty with noose and finger prints. Further more there was old shopping bags and garbage under the bed. When you look at the pictures from your pages, and see the hotel its doesn't quite look as new in reality. If ive known that, i would have stayed at lebua state tower wich i prefer when im in bangkok. |

The location is at the heart of Sukumvit and shopping, eating and massage, hair care, massage - all is available withing walking distance. After a long journey, I would have liked at a faster check-in service. I had to wait and ask a few times before a front desk staff could attend to me. Then there were confusion and delay over my booking status even though I produced confirmation by email.Other than that, all was ok. |

room clean and nice I was in Thailand like 3 weeks and this was the least favourite hotel if you look back at the entire trip...Especially servicewise. Hotel staff wasn't friendly especially at the reception. Overcharged hotel but a good shopping location! We didnt use the hotel for anything else except sleeping and the lobby for the overpriced drinks and wireless internet usage. |
