the place is close to the skytrain.. shopping streets and the room was cold and comfortable. the carpet in the room is old and if you book a specific type of room some recieptionist insists to give you a more expensive one than you have reserved.. |

The location is superb and the foodland right opposite the hotel adds to its value. The massage parlours, phone booths and taxi operators outside the hotel make everything accessible and your stay comfortable. No garden area. Breakfast timings end by 10 am They are not very accomodating and flexible for late checkouts like other Bangkok hotels. |

Good location in the middle of the bazar, lots of restaurants outside, there is a supermarket right opposite to the hotel entrance. The young Arab/Indian boys sitting at the lobby all the time, yelling and making fun of people. I think the hotel should only give rooms to families to avoid such misbehaviour. Others can go to Grace. |

There was nothing I like during my stay. It was very bad decision to stay in this hotel. From check-in point till non-scheduled check-out for another hotel. I booked two rooms for three days but checked out in a night since my booking was conditional. |

Staff were friendly. Well positioned close to Nana Sky Train station. Common areas of the hotel are nice but our Superior room was a bit tired. |

Location is great (Very close to Train station, big grocery shop, & restaurants, message shops, barber, laundry). Bathroom fitted with water hose for WC. Budget is great for the size of the room; the higher you pay the better the room you get (cleaner and spacious compared to other hotels). Beds are old, breakfast not so great but acceptable, one elevator was faulty for 3 days (all through my stay), anything hotel provide is double the price of market. A/C vents are not clean. |

The hotel location is good, Transportation facilities are very close. Two disadvantages: 1- room provided is not sound proof and the area is little noisy. 2- Late checkout is only upto 1pm even if the hotel is not fully booked. |

This hotel is in a great location for walking out or using public transport to go further a field. No matter what time of day, the hotel staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. Soi 5 can become congested at times if using a car but this is Bangkok. |
