The location is excellent. Train station is within walking distance. There is a grocery store and diner that is open 24-hrs right across the street from the hotel. I was able to book interesting tours thru the hotel and the staff that assisted was very informative and helpful. There was one day my floor got no room service. I had to call the front desk to have my room made. |

The location of the hotel is great. Near Skytrain station. Supermarket across the street. I cannot recommend the Superior rooms (I did not want to stay a single night there). They look very old and dirty. We got the superior room by mistake because booking.com offered a free upgrade to deluxe room if you stay longer. The Deluxe room was fine and worth its money. Thanks to booking.com. IT was a great deal! |

The breakfast When we booked the room the picture that came out with the description wasn't actually of the room itself, therefore we were given a Very old smelly and awful room. Upon our complaints they said they use different pics for advertising use, so do not book at this hotel unless you make sure of the room theY give you. Highly not recommended |

The breakfast spread is good. Location is good as is only few minutes walk to nana bts. convenient Supermart opposite the hotel. Disappointed house keeping. I left the "make up the room" signal light on around 11am but was it was not done when i came back to the room at around 9pm. Called them and 1 staff was send up in 10 mins time. we went out, leaving her alone to do the house keeping but was once again disappointed when we came back around 12am, finding lack of 1 face towel, cotton buds, coffee packs and found a soiled pillow case on the floor. |

Location, comfort, friendly helpful staff, excellent choices at the breakfast buffet and hotels reasonable rate. Although the loacation was good, near hospital, close to Sky train , near major Sukhumvit rd., restaurants and not too far from shopping malls, but towards the main hotel entrance you find many portable street carts/stalls selling food, grilling fish and chicken etc. |

It is close to market, mrt, and shopping. The rooms, sheets, towels, and pillows smell cigarette, guests from adjacent rooms where very loud. We were very uncomfortable and we did not have a good sleep. We felt very unsafe. |

Very nice and comfortable room, breakfast buffé was excellent with many different kinds of food. The hotel has a very good location in the shopping/business district of Bangkok. The restaurant on the roof had excellent Thai food at very reasonable prices and a beautiful setting. We would definitely stay at this hotel again! |
