La ubicacion y relacion calidad/precio

Lo mejor es la ubicación, pero el personal no sabe resolver los problemas. Nos entregaron la llave de la habitación a las 15.00h, después de estar desde las 12 h esperando y quejandonos. Nos decían que no habían habitaciones limpias y teniamos que esperar. El mini bar vacio. Nos esntregaron una habitación inferior a la que habíamos pagado. Y la primera habitación que nos entregaron estaba sucía y después de quejarnos, nos dieron una superior, según ellos, pero qe no tenía nada superior. En resumen, pésimo, no lo recomendaríamos y no volveremos.

The lobby looks nice and modern, like the outside of the hotel. Great view from the balcony.

The staff at the reception was cold and not nice. They gave me an non smoking room with two seperate beds, after asking for an smoking room and kingsize bed. When I told the mistake at the reception, the stupid staff asked me. Can't you just smoke at the balony and squeeze the beds together??? What's that about. Just give me the right room... Even after getting the right room, it was very disappointing for an four star hotel. The room was so very old and run down with a very small tv. The white wallpaper was dirty and moldy all over. The floor had an ugly green carpet and the toilet didn't work properly. Four star hotel? Maybe in the 1960's it was!

only thing i liked about this hotel was its location to sky train and shoping areas.

This hotel was a let down to other amari i have stayed in, rooms small and getting dated, luckly i was only there 2 nights.

The location in nana was the only reason I stayed at the hotel.

The room was smelling because of the old carpets. Their service is slow because I had to call 5 times asking for babycot.

The staff was very friendly. The location is near the mrt which is near the city center.

The rooms we were given were not the usual rooms (I have stayed here before). When we booked at the good price we thought we would get the same standard.

Amari Boulevard Bangkok is located very near to little Arabia also is very secure and have family environment.i do recommend this hotel to anyone want peace of mind it is very convenient.
