After reading some reviews i was getting a bit worried. we had no reason to be as we found The staff friendly and very helpful, hotel was very clean.pool area lovely, great choice of food for breakfast. Outside the hotel is very busy as you are next to the night market.

Walking into reception i could tell something was not right. There was a damp musty smell. The walls in the room on the 8th floor were more than damp they were wet. The maid could be seen scrubbing the mildew off the walls in the room opposite. It was odd getting into bed because the sheets were damp and clammy and it was 38 degrees outside. I only stayed 1 night and wont be staying again. The building is obviously leaking.

The lobby was great I loved the watermelon juice. The location is also very close to skytrain and small shops all around.

The ac was not working properly it was dripping water all around. They send mentainance but still the problem is there.

Have a Older building and a new building it would be good to disclose where room is located when booking as only new building is advertised on site

The service around the pool was very good

Checking in was not very smooth. The receptionist was trying to do about three jobs at once. And was more interested in dealing with the person who was rude enough to interupt in our booking in.........

I stayed 4 times before this trip but this time Room service was very poor, coordination is also poor

Very convenient location. Lots of shops and eateries.

There are 2 wings. I believe, for cheaper rate, they provide the older wing

1- we stayed at the annix not in the main building . 2- is not as in the pictures .

We Check in after 12:00am the staff on the front desk were very helpfull and check out at 6:00 am on the same day.

I stayed in this hotel in 2006 needs complete redec new carpets etc

The hotel was ok with all issues (cleaning, comfortable beds, air conditioned, good service etc.)

The location and neighbourhood we didnt like because of the uglyness, dirty, poor night market ....

Very nice hotel, clean room, and friendly helpful staff. Perfect location in downtown close to bts station, shopping and restaurants.

Swimming pool rather small. A bit stingy to provide room ammenities : you really had to ask the room maid for a tooth brush or a shaver. Booking through booking.com does not make it eligible for the hotel frequent travellers program !

The breakfast

The rooms in the old building are very outdated. The missed 4 renovations. Carpet full with spots even as the curtains and the bath tube.
