Albergo vecchio con camere fatiscenti. Servizi scarsissimi.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ottima location

E' vicino ad una delle vie più trafficate di Bangkok, quindi un po' rumoroso. L'hotel andrebbe rimodernato, specialmente I bagni. Il frigobar era rumoroso. Il tv avrà avuto 10 anni, pochi canali. Del resto, è un 4 stelle che costa meno di tanti altri, c'è il suo perchè.

i like the places and lobby

the location was fairly good . close to the american hospital.

the size of the room was not that good. the hotel staff didnt stick with the price booked through booking. com. they always try to squeeze you for more. thru internet connections, any uprades, and so on. customer has to be careful.

its closse to resturants,supermarket,and shoping centres.its also closse to the metro station.

the room is not up to my standard.it was at the old wing.

Excellent location on Sukhumvit close to shops and good food. Friendly and helpful staff.

Poor quality TV even though good selection of channels. Room safe was closed and could not be used.

for me as an arab person it was in the middle of the area which most of arabian people live beside that most of the arabian resturants were there.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and eager to please for any requests. The hotel location is well situated for both day and night entertainment.

Toilet plumbing could do with improving but unfortuneately it is typical for Thailand in all but 5 star hotels

Central location, close to everything

Transportation to airport with 1700 B very expensive (Taxi across the road 500 Baht)

The location is excellent for travellers going to Bumrungrad Hospital. The hotel is also located close to Sukhomvit which makes it easy to walk to the main street to catch a taxi since the road on which the hotel is located, 2 Soi 5 is not a main thoroughfare. The breakfast buffet was laid out well, with plenty of tables and space between tables so diners were not sitting on top of each other listening to conversations. The selection of food would please almost any palate as it included, Asian, Indian and western cuisines. The wait staff were attentive also. Front desk staff were trained well and helpful in writing out addresses in Thai to provide to taxi drivers.

There is no spa offering massages. There were noisy children staying the next rooms who would cry at night around 9 PM and would scream in the morning around 8 PM. I would suggest a floor for families with young children, away from other hotel guests.The room did not have a radio and it was difficult to find the hotel brochure listing the services. The brochure when finally located, was not well done and not very informative. The brochure should also have listed nearby restaurants. The travle desk in the hotel is only for package tours and was not able to assist in the same manner that a concierge would help.

The Hotel is quite easy acces to every where.

The location is excellent, located near the main shopping areas and right on the path of the Skytrain. Very affordable and clean with good service.
