Price of rooms at the seasons are very high

The difference between the deluxe room and the superior is huge,this not Suppose to be their, for example the material of blanket the bellow is better in deluxe. Wi-fi in the 25 floor in the room that I staied in it was Not working and I report it and nothing was done for me The types of food in the breakfast bufea must be change at least every 2days, I staied in the hotal for 10 days and I really get boring from the same food every day their.

The rooms are dated and tired, and the hotel has been overtaken, in terms of quality and value for money, by many other more modern hotels in this area. The bathroom was grubby and the bathtub was completely black - no way you'd want to actually have a bath in there.

Small is bad. Service also so so. All those interia is very old. Especaily bath is uncomfortable super. Mat also so old and small also problem.

Very old Hotel. Showers is not working. Luandry very very expencive. Keys are not working sometimes.

I would rather choose another Hotel at the same price or even less with a better quality room. The TV's in the room are old dated and are not in sync with the trend. Even the smallest Hotel these days would provide LCD's at least. The carpet in the room is very old and needs immediate replacement. In all probabilities I would rather choose not to stay in this Hotel again given the conditions of the rooms.

Location and luxury hotel

Arrived at 23:20 after a long journey and was made to wait at reception and told we were waiting for the previous occupants of the room to vacate and the room to be cleaned. Room was noisy and not always cleaned and replenished with fresh towels, coffee etc.
