Location and ambience was excellent, breakfast was also pretty good. The location of the restaurants in this hotel is too good.. Shutle service to Patong market should be provided by the hotel |

They stated that kids under 12 are free. as we have three (16, 12, and 6) we ordered two rooms. Asking for an extra bed for the small child was 50% of a room, Not realistic price. The 3 kids used only 2 beds. Not comfortable, |

We liked the location, a bit away from the busy Pattong beach. Very nice deluxe room - great seaview and nice balcony! The food in the restaurants are great. Enjoyed the "theme" nights at the restaurants. The "beach" is gone during high tide, and the water is "gone" during low tide. A bit rocky, but between high and low tide its nice to go practicing some snorkling for a few fish and a couple of corals. Very relaxing place. There are many stairs and some steps to walk between facilities. For us this was no problem, and everything was great. |

The hotel staff were pleasant at all times, rooms were cleaned daily, bar atmosphere relaxing with a good band, wide variety of breakfast choices. A little far from the main shopping area, in room bathroom very small. |

beach view. two pools and how the hotel is spread out on a big property hotel staff were not as friendly compared to hotel for example in bankok, especially reception staff and some didnt understand english |

I liked the good size swimmingpool for adults and a seperate for children. Cosy location and very good value for money. There was a persistent noice from maybe a ventilation system for neighboring restaurant (La Gritta) or the waterpump for the swimmingpool, which took some the charm of being at a tranquille resort. |

Nice swimming pool and restaurant overlooking the sea Lot of mosquitoes and insect. Price is abit steep thou as there seems to be cheaper hotel along patong beach due to poor occupancy |

My only issue was the lack of internet facilities. Only available in the main Lobby, and had to pay for it even at that. In this modern day and age, work and holiday get more and more intertwined. |

The hotel location was excellent, it was nice and quiet but easy to get to the Patong beach. The view from every room was beautiful. The breakfast was excellent, and the food in the hotel restaurants very good (although quite expensive). The hotel personnel was very friendly. The air condition made a hell of a noise, the hermostat seemed to be broken. The hotel spa refused to give us a bath and a foot massage, because I was pregnant (4 months)???? I took several massages elswhere, and as we were on our honeymoon, we would have wanted to relax on the hotel spa as well. The hotel band played every night and played some horrible covers like REM and Pink Floyd. |

Perfect location just a short walk from the main street, but far enough not to be disturbed. We tried all 3 restaurants and they are all amazing with incredibly good offers. Swimming pools and Spa are also inviting enough to just stay in the resort. |

Beautiful quiet resort. Perfectly situated on the side of Patong Beach, only 10min walking to the city center. Nice & clean resort on nice montain side and nice & romantic views on Patong Beach, good & luxery rooms. Without any doubt one of the best (if not the best) hotel in Patong Beach; have the best of both: peace & luxury and the bars & disco's & shops of Patong Beach. N.A. To mention something: * It's on a hill, so there are stairs and you need to 'climb' a bit, but it's always a nice & healthy walk (no negative experience at all)! * Patong Beach is a bit outdated, the beach is not as nice as it once was; I think there are better places (beaches) to stay. |
