Een zeer prettig resort met twee erg goede zwembaden en heel erg mooie restaurants (en ontbijtzaal) op prettige afstand van de drukte, herrie en stank van de stad Patong Beach. Alle kamers hebben uitzicht op zee. Het is er volmaakt stil en je komt er helemaal tot rust Voor 'strandliggers' is het hotel niet ideaal: er is een strand maar als je het water inloopt, stuit je meteen op een rotsachtige bodem. Wij hebben darrdoor ook niemand in de zee zien zwemmen. Het zwembad met uitzicht op zee maakt heel veel goed en is echt een volwaardig alternatief. Verder zijn de kamers ondergebracht in kleinschalige lage appartementencomplexen waardoor er burenoverlast mogelijk is. Daar hadden wij overigens geen last van. |

Prima ,westerse norm luxe hotel, super attent personeel, prachtig resort. Is een oase in het vreemde, verworden Patong. Strand in Patong zeer hoog Benidorm gehalte, Amari in de uiterste bocht gelukkig ver weg van alle rommel. Dit hotel zou in een mooiere plaats moeten liggen. |

Prachtig gelegen tophotel, direct aan de zee. Op loopafstand van Patong beach. Net buiten de drukte maar toch dichtbij. Hotel is een en al design, met hele mooie romantische plekjes. Erg attent personeel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Luxe kamers liggen gunstiger dan de (duurdere) premier kamers. Het enige is dat het bed erg hard was, verder niets negatiefs kunnen vinden. |

Excellent facilities and service, nice views. Very tasty and assorted breakfast along with beautiful panorama of Patong beach. The territory of the hotel is very green, nicely planted, rather hilly (can be a problem for people with disability). Prices for service and food could be a bit more reasonable. The beach is rathe rocky |

Simply fantastic, a great staff, great location, very nice restaurants and a god breakfast, The beach is not for swimming, rocky, and shollow, you have to go to patong beach , walking in 15 min or by a taxi or tuk tuk, walking is definitely better |

i liked the privacy of the setting, a little aside from the main road and located at the end of the beach. the spa was excellent, both in its setting, privacy, the professional masseuses and treatments available. the two pool areas are well located with service available from the restaurant at all times. the staff members are exceptionally helpful and well mannered. |

Very nice location just out of town and beautiful bay views from room and everywhere else in the resort. Nice pools and very good staff. Breakfast was very good but other meals in restaurants just ok and a bit pricey (western pricing). |

Location and ambience was excellent, breakfast was also pretty good. The location of the restaurants in this hotel is too good.. Shutle service to Patong market should be provided by the hotel |

They stated that kids under 12 are free. as we have three (16, 12, and 6) we ordered two rooms. Asking for an extra bed for the small child was 50% of a room, Not realistic price. The 3 kids used only 2 beds. Not comfortable, |

We liked the location, a bit away from the busy Pattong beach. Very nice deluxe room - great seaview and nice balcony! The food in the restaurants are great. Enjoyed the "theme" nights at the restaurants. The "beach" is gone during high tide, and the water is "gone" during low tide. A bit rocky, but between high and low tide its nice to go practicing some snorkling for a few fish and a couple of corals. Very relaxing place. There are many stairs and some steps to walk between facilities. For us this was no problem, and everything was great. |

The hotel staff were pleasant at all times, rooms were cleaned daily, bar atmosphere relaxing with a good band, wide variety of breakfast choices. A little far from the main shopping area, in room bathroom very small. |

beach view. two pools and how the hotel is spread out on a big property hotel staff were not as friendly compared to hotel for example in bankok, especially reception staff and some didnt understand english |
