The beach is nice Room is cosy Delicious food at poolside bar WiFi is not stable, works only in lobby and poolside bar Toilet used to go out of order, it took time for staff to fix it

Service very personal and beyond expectations. Happy Hour at pool in late afternoon great idea. 50M pool. Quiet enviroment but still not far from some outside nightlife. Small old TV-Set in the room.

Sehr schönes Hotel zum wohlfühlen. Toller Pool, schöne Anlage und gutes Frühstück. In der nahen Umgebung können ein paar Bars und Restaurants zu Fuß sehr leicht erreicht werden. Leider ging das Internet nicht im öffentlichen Bereich und auf dem Zimmer kostet es 400 thb pro Tag. Zimmer haben etwas feucht gerochen.

Utmärkt hotell med mycket lugnt läge på Koh Chang.Nära till inhemska restauranger, fina stränder etc. Mycket bra thairestaurang och service minded personal.Rummen är rymliga med stora badrum. Barens drinkar (kändes som om de ej var gjorda på originalmärken på rum etc)

Situation de l'hôtel idéale en bordure de mer, accès direct. Belle piscine. Excellente nourriture, du splendide petit déjeuner - buffet ou repas au restaurant thai ou italien. Possibilité de manger à l'extérieur de l'hôtel dans de petits restaurants accessibles à pieds. Situation calme.

Das Amari Emerald Cove ist ein ausgesprochen gutes Hotel. Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit werden hier sehr gross geschrieben. Sofort bei der Ankunft wurden wir persönlich von Hr. Thomas Koessler begrüßt. Hr. Koessler zeigte während unseres Aufenthaltes grosses Interesse am Wohl seiner Gäste - sehr gute Hotelführung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir werden das Amari Emerald Cove wieder buchen!

Wir waren nicht besonders glücklich im Hotel Amari. Das Hotel ist sehr schmutzig. Die Zimmer sind von den Einrichtungen nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Alter tv, Boden abgenutzt, etc. Positiv war uns die Restaurantleiterin im Italienischem Restaurant aufgefallen. Der Service war sehr gut, jedoch die Küche war mittelmässig. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage mit grossem Pool. Das Hotel bekommt von uns nur 4 Sterne.

Läget, rummet, anläggningen. Priserna på hotellet låg lite för högt. Uppfattade det som ett 4- stjärnigt, inte 5-stjärnigt hotell.

Fijne ligbedden. Direct aan klein strand. Je kan wel een fijne strand wandeling maken.Heel erg goed ontbijtbuffet. Oudbollige kamer, wel ruim met balkon. Weinig ligbedden aan het strand, voldoende bij het zwembad. Mis een shuttlebus die wel aanwezig was bij de buren hotel Dewa. Te ver verwijderd van Chaweng beach.
