Amari Nova Suites    

The design of the hotel and the free shuttle to the Malls.

It is very far from the resturants and the Malls and the free shuttle was only one way, so for the return you should pay the taxi, as well as the breakfat was very bad we couldnt eat anything the worst breakfast i ever had for my next trips definitely i will not choose this hotel.

Nothing. It may be a little of the beaten tack to people who do not know the city but Baht buses and motorbike taxis everywhere at reasonable prices.

Marble floor in bathroom is slippery and despite asking for rubber matt i dont get one

It's near the market not far from the beach around the hotel lots of motorcycles rentals where you can rent yours by around 1000 B pure week and you can drive without license in Pattaya

The hotel shuttles not helpful they should drive you to the bus stations it's near the hotel

Thanks to the receptionist Miss.Soma. She did try her best to get us a replacement taxi. It took 45 mins but we made it just in time.

The room was worn and not like the pictures. The toilet was dirty, breakfast poor and the receptionist screwed up our taxi arrangement and delayed us for our flight( made it 15 mins before departure) This hotel is not recommend for families and couples. It's for singles who want to hook up with the pattaya "ladies" ( who by the way were frequently seen here)

Internett connection werry slow. Picture quality on the tv were werrry bad. Cept loosing connection/picture. The bed was werry hard for my taste. Made my back hurt..

The Amari nova suites is among the top 3 hotels I have stayed in pattaya and I have stayed in many that would not come close for value for money or amenities,it is 1st class in every way. The staff were also very friendly and charming.faultless!

The location isn't great but is however very central and within 5 on a motorcycle to the beach,and central shopping centre.

The room was spacious & good for the Three of us. The Golff Cart Drivers were very nice Naming few Mr. Petter very helpful, so thanks to him.

Having to keep calling the Receptionist for Shampoos,Towels and tissues etc.. We in purpose throw some used tissue under the bed and was never removed until we checked out, so it shows that they do not clean everything only what in front of them. Some of the front desk staff are very gloomy which in my opinion at the end will reflect on the Hotel Managements and loose clients. Myself and the family are frequent travellers to Thailand and unfortunately i have taken decision that i will not stay in this hotel in my future visit for this act.

The room is very nice and big. Clean, comfortable. Got a balcony. It's not really at the center of pattaya but at the same time it's very quite, away from the prostitution. People can go to the central street by the shuttle bus at any time.

Le wifi dans la chambre etait extremement faible des fois. Et la navette avait une tres grande difficulite de touver et de prendre les clients dans les rues, d'ailleurs ils refusaient d'aller trop loin. Les personnes de reception avaient besoin d'ameliorer leur anglais,

Everything really Nice. Rooms are fully equipped with microwave, washing and drier machines which came in handy since we had to do some laundry. Location at first is a bit off the main streets but after we got to know the place we had no problem. Nevertheless we recommend renting a scooter

The main problem was just a little bit warm water. We complainted to receiptionist what there is no hot water in the shower he did send a worker to fix the problem but nothing changed at all. So we have to wash only warm water. All the other things were good so i would recomehd this hotel for accomodation but you have check out all facilities (hot water etc) at first in the room.

I have stayed at Amari Nova Suites before and I loved everything about it. The rooms are very spacious, staff are amazingly helpful and friendly, the food is very tasty; reasonably priced, pool is well maintained with gorgeous views as it's on the roof. Everything about this hotel screams luxury and good design. This is why I will always use Amari Nova Suites when I visit Pattaya. Well done to all the staff who makes this hotel such a pleasure to visit. The minusfive ice bar is also a cool place to hang out before a night out. Large selection of drinks and incredible staff who create a really fun atmosphere. Well done on the new afternoon tea addition to the hotel.

Luxurious and large room

Location. Too far from the main entertainment areas.

Odalar geniş ve rahattı. Yalnız mobilya oldukça eskimişti. Otelin konumu merkeze ve plaja uzaktı ancak gürültüden ve pattayanın kötü kokusundan benim gibi rahatsız olacak misafirler için ideal bir konum . Havuzu gayet iyiydi.

Temizlik konusunda pek başarılı bulmadım . Hem çok geç geliyorlar hemde iyi temizlemiyorlar. Personelin de çok sıcakkanlı ve güler yüzlü olduğunu söyleyemeyeceğim.

Уборку в номере практически не делали, просто разметали по углам и застилали постель, это проявилось сразу после того как забыли на третий день оставить 100 бат чаевых. Естественно, что ультиматум в подобной форме нам не понравился и более чаевых мы не оставляли. Как результат жили в плохо убранных аппартаментах и получили отрицательное впечатления об отели в котором раньше селились регулярно. Захотим ли мы опять остановится в Amari Nova Suites это большой вопрос?
