The rooms are of a high quality

Too expensive. Location not great

Nice big modern rooms and nice rooftop pool.

Bathroom lighting unsuffient for proper make-up/shaving. Rooms on frontsite of the building suffer from street noise as the rooms are not well isolated. No use of double-glass. Hotel is located far from any public transport so not easy to get around unfortuneatly.

Good value for money - nice rooms and good staff.

Staff are not friendly in general. I bought a meal through room services and the food was horrible and could not classify as food. I paid the bill right away and the staff did not give me back the change and assume it was tips. I was unhappy and the change is 50 THB. The staff at the front desk kept giving me attitude and looked very stuck up. I wasn't happy with the services in general. I do not recommend ingeneral.

Hotel has couple of years of usage so don't expect immaculate finishes or smell of something new. It's a little wear down but it's in quiet location ( except building sites all around but it's normal in Pattaya ). Staff is great and friendly, room service excellent ( cleaning ladies even took out my laundry from washing mashine and hang them on hangers to dry not to mention washing dishes etc ). A big plus is pool on the roof, not a big one approx 12-15 meters long but laying there you just see sun, occasionaly clouds and thats it - compare to pools at the ground level where you see buildings all around this is really a good feature. My advice don't book rooms with breakfast - you can order from menu tens of options for just 150-200 baht ( 3-4 GBP ) compare to 400 baht if you book with breakfast - clearly an overpayment. Overall really recommend for family, friends or single trip.

Internet only by CAT5 cable, no wifi except in lobby. Except of that they really helpfull and friendly.

Very nice hotel, with excellent design rooms and helpfull staff. Unfortunately the bed bar was closed at the time we were there, the kitchen had closed as well so room service was still available but outsourced. There seemed to be some change in management. Nevertheless we had an excellent time at this perfect hotel.

Staffs are very nice and helpful. Kitchen is awesome, we can cook and warm things anytime with all the tools you need.

Room is not clean at all (bed sheet, carpet, table, sofa) and smell something weird in the room #202 so we ask to change and it's very much better in #210. But the carpet is still smell some pee and cutlery is not perfect clean.

скорость проводного интернета. И возникли вопросы по заказам в номер - мы ничего не заказывали а счет выставили, хотя после 2-3 минут решили нам его не выписывать:-)

nichts das hotel hat nie 4-5 sterne verdient wie es von ihnen verkauft wird

das hotel hat nie den 4-5 sterne standart wie im internet beschrieben. es ist bereits veraltet, stinkt und ist von der lage absolut schlecht positioniert ohne privat taxi kommt mann gar nicht weg, im unkreis hat es keine restaurants oder sonst etwas. der hotel eigene shuttel ist ein witz und war nicht in betreib. wär schon mal in einem amari hotel war, ist von diesem hotel mehr als entäuscht und darum nicht zu empfehlen

Personnel acceuillant, grands apartements, ce n'est pas un hotel, mais une résidence de "serviced apartments", lieux agréables, et residence très calme
