Beautiful Five star luxury, as you would expect.

Excellent rooms (at least the one I was in) a fabulous bar and restaurant; the best in Pattaya (the Mantra). The room design is modern and spacious as well as elegant. I have been to Pattaya 10 times and this really is the best and is good for families also.

No free wifi and no bus to central Pattaya

Sometimes noise from the city at night in the rooms pointing in the direction of the amusement area of Pattaya!

the hotel was fantastic the staff were super the beds were very comfortable and the pools were lovely would come back to stay anytime

Was warmly greeted at the check-in reception at the Garden Wing and was told that our booking was under the Ocean Tower. They took us to the Ocean Tower via a buggy car and that was a nice gesture. The room was clean and spacious and had a pool view. Very pleased with the overall stay experience and will def recommend to all people looking for a nice place to relax and yet affordable price. The hotel even surprise me with a birthday cake when we came back from our swimming session, so sweet.

The location and facilities were OK , but this is a 4-star international hotel and does not reflect the hospitality associated with Thailand. I prefer smaller and more Thai style

i liked the pool area and the peacefulness as it is in one corner of pattaya beach

the front desk is not at all polote,do not understand english properly,and take too much time to handle clients and complete paper works and allot rooms.also when we complained that there are too many mosquitos in the room they only had a spray to offer us and said at this rush time new year they do not have anything else to offer.

The hotel has a very nice garden and pool, a nice place to relax if you really have to be in Pattaya. It is also at the North end of Pattaya beach so a little away from the main bar areas which is a good thing, you can walk to the bars in 5 minutes if needed. Pattaya beach area itself is a hell hole, incredibly bad, but if you really need to be there as we had to be for one night then this is a perfectly fine place to stay and I would stay again.

The staff were not unfriendly but not particularly friendly either, it is a large hotel with hundreds of arrivals everyday so cannot be heped to some extent.

I booked this hotel, and was suposed to get a pool/garden view as they said in the reservation from booking.com. But when I arrived at the hotel they gave me a room on the backside close to the road. I complain about it, and ask to get the room I booked. I meet a very difficult staff, and it was very hard to change the room...

We liked the room and the hotel architecture. The breakfast was good. The location was also good.

The staff could be better

Friendly helpful staff and superb room in the Tower block - the GM David Cumming is directly involved and concerned that everyone should enjoy their stay.
