pidin hotellista ja sijainnista tosi paljon yövyin towerissa mikä oli aivan mahatava!! mahtava meri näköala ja huippu siistit huoneet! henkilökunnan töykeys osittain! mutta loppua kohden henkilökunta skarppasi asiakaspalvelussa..johtuiko vaativuudestani en tiedä? |

This hotel is unique in the room styles. Very modern and comfortable. However ajoining rooms can be noisy. Staff very pleasant and helpful |

Excellent check in and check out. The golf packages offered are a overprized. Ask the Hotel only to book a tee-off time and pay directly to the golf club where you play. |

We stayed in the Garden Wing rather than the new Tower. The rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean and the design makes much use of natural ventilation. Breakfast was adequate, though not outstanding. The hotel has three pools as well as extensive gardens, with plenty of seating options. Its position is close to the "action" of Central Pattaya, though not so close as to be obtrusive. Like the entire resort of Pattaya, the hotel is very popular with Russians. Be prepared for their presence. The hotel is also a popular option for Indian Business "conferences". |

I liked the location of the Hotel it is right next to the beach.The Pool area is very nice. The attitude of the staff. On my check out I was charged for Pay TV that I did not use. On requesting the staff to delete this they were not at all polite & refused to listen to me. I found this to be a very unprofessional behaviour of a Hotel of Amari repute. I was also charged more for the room. The room for which I paid Thai Baht 2850 a night was being sold to walk in customers at Thai Baht 1800 a night. |

Good location, beautiful garden Bed design had problem for safety. Bed leg was wider than its mat. It caused stumble and I was seriously damaged. Cleaning for toiled was not enough. |

I once came to the hotel approx. 4 years ago. The entrance area is exactly what you expect from Thai flair and exotic atmosphere, very nice. Very friendly staffs, nice room, which was upgraded. Thanks:- ) We booked this hotel, because we had a joint dinner with customer at Mantra restaurant, which meets the requirement for the state-of-the-art of the international foods. We really enjoyed the stay and the meal. |

This hotel is one of the cleanest and well kept that I have ever seen. There should be extra towels provided in the rooms for swimming, spa use, or just the convenience. |

The swimming pool was good. I did not use it, but I could see the croud from my room The food in breakfast was very bad with very limited collection. Front desk staff were not informative most of the time. Sometimes, they looked like they do not know what they are doing. I had a conflict with them. I did the resrvation for 2 px. Although I was staying alone, anytime I bring a guest overnight, they wanted to charge me extra 1000 bht. I was staying in a superior Tower which was not cheap. Also, I wanted to check out one day before the planned date, the front desk informed me that in this case , they will charge me for the full stay as per the original booking. This was not a condition on the booking, but their res dept seemed un-efficient |

The hotel is spacious with very good rooms and a very lovely open pool area I did not like the hotel asking for full payment before check in. Staff English skills must improve at least at the check in |

Love the pool area and the general feel of the hotel. All staff and friendly and effiencient and really helped you which was lovely. The pool area feels like and oasis of calm compared to Pattaya's general sense of go go go. Didn't think the room we had in the garden section of the hotel was as good as it looked or as good as other rooms we had paid similar prices for across Thailand. The room was more than adequate but not as nice and comfortable as we had experienced elsewhere. i think the rooms in the tower look more appealling but they come at a price. |

This is my 3rd stay at Amari Orchid Towers since last August and it will continue to be my preferred Pattaya hotel. The Tower rooms are wonderful with great views of the ocean and the hills, great staff and a charming Manager in the Executive section of the Towers. Delightful gardens and 2 great swimming pools.My partner and I were fortunate to enjoy an upgrade to the Executive floors. No, it was as near to perfection as you can get |
