Amari Palm Reef resort was recommened to me by a friend who has travelled to Koh Samui many times. The location, service and facilities were excellent. Would go back to this hotel again for sure. Beautiful hotel set on the beach with amazing pool and very attentitive staff. Breakfast was very good with a big selection and there are 2 restaurants to choose from. |

The room....I chose a Deluxe room on the beach side; the great breackfast on the terrace and the position of the hotel services are expensive...above the average of the place! |

It was very private,quiet and romantic setting,the room was across the road,you immediately felt as though you were not in a hotel.It was a nice surrounding.I preferred being slightly away from the actual hotel.The hotel had quite alot of character.The breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of cuisine and exotic fruit juices. I would have preferred to have had the room cleaned more regularly.The housekeeping attended once a day which was insufficient as towels needed to be replenished.Tea,coffee and sugar etc also was in short supply.When we asked for it,it did not always arrive.The cups and saucers,glasses we used were almost always left dirty. |

Very nice hotel. We were upgraded to a De luxe room which was bigger and has a very nice big bathroom. It was at the backend of the hotel in a nice garden and still not far away from swimming pools and beach, easy to walk. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. Friendly staff, very clean and well maintained |

perfect equipments and services for 4star hotel few places at the beach, 90% of all rooms are at the second part of the hotel, so far from the beach and crossing the main street is necessary to reach restaurant, main swimming pool and the beach |

the location- is the best part of Chaweng beach.The hotel is in a beautiful garden on the beachfront.Two pools.Very high quality service.Superb breakfast.Nice staff. The hotelrooms in the oldwings is updated and small,but very clean,maybe to expensive.You must pay for 1 hour wifi 214 baht,for 4700 baht/day roomprice is this not so funny..... |

Great breakfast, the best in Kh Samui,Prego restaurant is excellent.Stay more time in the pool, it's fantastic! The junior suite is the best choice among all the rooms! |

i liked the cleanliness of the pool and the friendly staff and the buffet breakfast. I felt like little details were not taken care of. I was in a deluxe room and the shower drain had a funny smell. We have earlier stayed at the Regent Chaweng and found a big difference in the rooms even though your rooms are more spacious i found little details were overlooked, and everything looked old esp the bathroom i was not too impressed. |

Italian restaurant Prego was fantastic. Bar @ c was very relaxing. Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfest was good and they were nice to let you in even if you were a bit late Staff at pool cannot speak good english and were sometimes rude, i'm talking about the boys walking around. Tv channel list could more extensive and tv itself could use upgrade, they provide dvd player except there dvd collection at the reception is a bit poor and small sized. But these are all not big issues, i'm just mentioning them |

resort molto bello, elegante, di ottimo livello, personale sempre attento a soddisfare ogni richista; spazi comuni eccezionali, colazione a buffet spettacolare!!! Ottima posizione a chaweng beach. i bagni nelle stanze sono un pò datati! dovrebbero rinnovarli... |

Zeer mooi design hotel. We kregen een upgrade naar twee connecting junior suites met zicht op zee. Prachtige kamers. Hotel ligt aan het rustige deel van Chaweng Beach. Formidabel ontbijtbuffet. We hebben eenmaal gegeten bij Prego. Konden alleen maar reserveren om 19.00 uur of 21.00 uur. We kwamen om 19.00 uur en stonden om 20.00 uur weer buiten. Veel te snelle bediening en teveel personeel wat maar rondloopt. Aanrader om in de tuin van het hotelrestaurant Merante te eten, veel relaxter. |

Las zonas comunes del hotel son excelentes. Cuidan muchísimo los detalles. La habitación modesta. Los desayunos magníficos. La habitación algo modesta en conjunto con el resto del hotel. |

nous avons tout aimé dans cet hotel.le personnel était accueillant et disponible, les équipements super (accès à la mer, belles piscines et chambres confortables)nous avons aodré le bar pour le soir très design et avons testé les deux restaurants de très bonne qualité et avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. |

proximité de tout - tranquillité - propreté - la plage était sale - fuel . autre dépot dans l'eau - problème avec un homme de la réception a qui j'avais demandé de me reconfirmer nos vols de retour - j'ai du demander 2 fois . et puis il m'a dit ensuite que pour le vol de retour ce n'était pas nécessaire il n'a pas voulu le faire . m'a dit que je devais moi. |

Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Servise sowoohl am an den Pools wie auch im Restaurationsbereich, sauber, Anlage schön angelegt. Schöner Blick aufs Meer von dem Hauptgebäude aus. Die meisten Zimmer liegen jenseits einer stark befahrenen Strasse (Überquerung durch Loteen gesichert) in bis zu dreistöckigen Gebäuden. Qualität der Zimmer nicht adequte zu den Preisen. Betten viele zu hart. An machen Tagen hat es in der Dusche nach Kloake gestunken, wie fast jeden Tag auf der Strasse. Strand zu schmutzig, bis auf wenige Abschnitte die jedoch weitab vom Hotel waren. |
