Super skønt hotel, hvor man fra første færd bliver taget rigtig godt imod. Personalet var rigtig søde og hjælpsomme og værelserne og hotellet var rigtig flot, virkelig god standard. Hotellet lå på gaden, hvor der sker lidt i Chaweng, men den lå 5 min. fra gaden, så man blev overhoved ikke forstyrret og samtidig tog det ikke mere end 5 min., før man var på den travle gade. Alt i alt, er super skønt hotel, som er alle pengene værd. Det er i hvert fald ikke sidste gang, vi har besøgt hotellet. |

It is located near the local eating joints and markets which are in walkable range and is still at one edge of town so that it is peaceful as well. The hotel is divided in two parts which are separated by a busy public road. You are never informed about this in any promotional literature. |

Overall a most enjoyable stay...I especially enjoyed Prego, the restaurant and the buffet breakfast! The location is perfect...a beautiful part of the beach well away from the noise and crowds. |

The location was excellent. The staff were always pleasant and attentive and you were never left waiting for anything. The buffet breakfast was very good and Pregos, the Italian restaurant which belongs to the Amari Palm Reef was one of the best in Chaweng. When we arrived we were told that we had a choice of room ,but they said,that they had already allocated one to us which was a well positioned room i.e. near to the beach, pool and breakfast facilities.We had booked a superior room and it would have been nice to have seen both rooms and let us decide. |

The hotel is superb, with excellent location, close enough to downtown but far enough to be noisy, staff is helpful and polite, the best place for dinner is Italian restaurant Prego. |

I liked the beautiful garden where we had our room.And the The relaxing zone by the pool was also very nice.The breakfast was delicious too. The beach was not nice because the water was dirty. |

We thought that this hotel looked to be one of the better ones on the island. It was close enough to the busy downtown but far enough away to be relaxing. The room was well appointed and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet was great, lots of choice and fresh. We appreciated the pool toys for the kids, they kept our daughter and all of the other kids at the resort entertained. |

Resort is divided in 2 parts. One part of resort is right beside the beach. Rooms and spa are on the other side of the road you have to cross to get to the dinning facilities and to beach. Resort is clean with comfortable rooms with friendly staff and excellent service. Breakfast and other food in restaurant is very good. The resort is just few minutes walk from the center of village where are nice restaurants, bars and a lot of people. The resort part of Chaweng beach is more relax and quite. |

Perfect location. Far enough to the noisy downtown but only walking distance from it. Very clean and well maintained resort. Relatively wide sandy beach. Excellent breakfast. The prices of the wellness are extremely high and the restaurant is also expensive comparing to the other local similar ones. |

The location is perfect. Not far to the main street of chaweng beach but in a very tranquill tropical garden. The beach bar and the restaurants can be on service after 23.30 as being a resort hotel on the beach. |

The hotel is in a good location on chaweng beach in a quite area and is within walking distance from the main shops, bars, restuarants and nightlife. The hotel has a nice traditional thai ambience and the rooms are decorated to a high standard. The superior rooms are a little bit small for the price and the room was a little bit expensive for thailand 5600 bht per night (although it was the busy christmas // new year period) |

The friendliness of the staff was awesome. They were very helpful and nice. I also liked the location of the Hotel. I felt the Hotel was not very secure. |
