Amari Palm Reef - Koh Samui  

Gute Lage, schöner Strand und Zimmer waren super schön.

Die Betten waren sehr umbequem. (Durchgelegen)

Das Frühstücksbuffet, die Poolanlage, die Nähe zum Strand.

Das Zimmer (schlechte Klimatisierung, weiche Matratze, Einrichtung Z.T. renovierungsbedürftig, Bad sehr klein).

die strandnähe, schöne und reichlich Liegen am Pool u. Strand, Personal sehr aufmerksam, tolles Essen, ruhig und sehr komfortabel. dies ist schon der 2. Aufenthalt

Nette Atmosphaere, bemühtes Personal. Zimmer sauber, Frühstücksbuffet exzellent. Meer nicht ganz sauber, liegt wahrscheinlich an der Lage (Chaweng), Strand wurde aber regelmäßig gesäubert.

This resort was amazing. The staff are very friendly and the location is very convenient.. Thumbs up to the excellent breakfast. It has a wide variety of food to choose from, even curries if you fancy one in the morning. Gorgeous place. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff were excellent - very helpful. The hotel itself was superb. Make sure you get a modern room as the Bathrooms are fantastic! Pool area ideal for relaxing, excellent Spa and close enough to the action to walk along the beach to. Great hotel!

marvellously kept hotel area: great garden, beautiful details, spotless pool areas. located a little away from chaweng centre, which is good. hotel area is divided in 2 by chaweng main road, which is more of an advantage, if your room is on the non-beach side of the area. as both sides feature big pools and cosy chairs, you can spend quiet afternoons at the second pool, getting more peace than on the beach side. perfect free wifi in the breakfast area as well as in hotel bar. incredibly delicious breakfast buffett. all in all, great hotel, would go there again, but not for honey mooners (many families, few younger couples, no silent getaway place)

we had bad luck with the weather, it was mostly raining (in january). after breakfast, the crowd of families, kids and 50+ couples used to got stuck in the hotel area waiting for the rain to stop. that were the only times where we as a young couple without kids felt a bit annoyed by the noise. plus: despite great hotel still very pricy

The location was great, on the main stretch of beach but on the quiet end. Only a few minutes walk to the main area. Service was great, beach was kept nice and clean.

I liked the staff treatment to us. The breakfast was very rich and fresh. The beach and the pool area were clean and quiet. The room cleaning was very good. The only thing was that the wifi isnt free in the rooms. I enjoyed my stay alot and I will come back to amari again. And recommend it to my friends and family

Deluxe rooms are away from the beach, no sea view, you actually have to cross another street to get there.

The layout is fantastic. No hotel can beat it.It has a very open, bright, colourful and cheerful ambience. The bar at the hotel, has very comfortable seating space, including 3 Double beds if you just want to relax,overlooking the pool side.The pool side is great. The food in the hotel and outside in any hotel is reasonably priced (thb 150 - thb 350 per dish).There are good promotional offer with drinks at the bar always. From the pool you can walk to the chaweng beach in 10mtrs. Watersports options(kayaking and sailing) is available outside on the beach. There are few vendors selling fruit, corn etc and other artifacts which is great.The hotel is located on both sides of the road, the one we lived in is on the chaweng beach side, which is ideal for couple with kids. The hotel on the other side of the road has better and bigger rooms and a pool too and is a lot quieter , very well suited for honeymooner/ elderly people,one has to cross the road to come to the other side of the hotel which is on the beach.The entire road is full of artifact shops, massage or beauty parlour, clothes and shoe, bag shops and restaurants.The airport is just 15mts drive (thb300) from hotel to airport. The weather was very very pleasant when we were there too.We will be back to stay in this hotel again for sure.

Good enough location For Chaweng. Staff on reception were helpful

Room was not clean. Bathroom was grotty / old / dark / unclean. Sheets and towels were stained. Air con was not working. It was a real shame as the hotel has a nice site, two nice pools, and lots of potential. Very noisy. Far removed from the relaxed atmosphere of other hotels elsewhere on the island. Cleaners did not clean or replenish complimentary water, tissues, toilet roll.
