Amari Palm Reef - Koh Samui

This well serviced hotel is located not far from the airport and there are enough shops and good restaurants are available in the near area.

The location was excellent. The staff were always pleasant and attentive and you were never left waiting for anything. The buffet breakfast was very good and Pregos, the Italian restaurant which belongs to the Amari Palm Reef was one of the best in Chaweng.

When we arrived we were told that we had a choice of room ,but they said,that they had already allocated one to us which was a well positioned room i.e. near to the beach, pool and breakfast facilities.We had booked a superior room and it would have been nice to have seen both rooms and let us decide.

the aircondition's auto key dosen't worked.

I liked the beautiful garden where we had our room.And the The relaxing zone by the pool was also very nice.The breakfast was delicious too.

The beach was not nice because the water was dirty.

Good design, decent breakfast

Resort is divided in 2 parts. One part of resort is right beside the beach. Rooms and spa are on the other side of the road you have to cross to get to the dinning facilities and to beach. Resort is clean with comfortable rooms with friendly staff and excellent service. Breakfast and other food in restaurant is very good. The resort is just few minutes walk from the center of village where are nice restaurants, bars and a lot of people. The resort part of Chaweng beach is more relax and quite.

Perfect location. Far enough to the noisy downtown but only walking distance from it. Very clean and well maintained resort. Relatively wide sandy beach. Excellent breakfast.

The prices of the wellness are extremely high and the restaurant is also expensive comparing to the other local similar ones.

The location is perfect. Not far to the main street of chaweng beach but in a very tranquill tropical garden.

The beach bar and the restaurants can be on service after 23.30 as being a resort hotel on the beach.

Very friendly stuff. If you crave a pizza, Prego (one of the restaurants) is as good as it gets in Thailand. Outstanding spa facilities.

The friendliness of the staff was awesome. They were very helpful and nice. I also liked the location of the Hotel.

I felt the Hotel was not very secure.

Amari Palm Reef resort was recommened to me by a friend who has travelled to Koh Samui many times. The location, service and facilities were excellent. Would go back to this hotel again for sure. Beautiful hotel set on the beach with amazing pool and very attentitive staff. Breakfast was very good with a big selection and there are 2 restaurants to choose from.
