The best thing about this hotel is that walking distance to all amenities and city attractions,shopping, restaurants, massages wow beautiful bangkok. The breakfast was good but could be better we stayed in the hotel for 10 nights did not change the hot breakfast buffet they should have more varities. |

Only the location is worth the high price. The size of the room, breakfast and the facilities are nothing fantastic. We have had better ones at hotels around that area but at a much lower price. The hotel does not even provide toothbrush... The facilities provided in the hotel room are very limited. The TV has poor reception. The iron was not working. |

very good location, close to shops and cnovention centre. also close to trains and airport shuttle bus stop. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breadkfast, although my chinese friends complained about a lack of chinese food. the only minus to me was the swimmingpool. it was located on the 4th floor but it is out of the sunshine. the water is very cold. |

The location is excellent, and it is equally good for business traveller or even holidays. One Stop Shopping complex "Platinum Shopping Mall" is in front of the hotel, making it convenient and to save time. High internet charges in the room. In lobby the internet is free but without "smtp" support. |

Overal, the hotel staff were very friendly. This was the most that drew my attention. They were always ready to offer help. In my belief,the facilities provided in the bath room are not enough for a 5 star hotel. |
