Had great stay till I went to pay to check out, did have enough your currency ,so decided to use australian currency, staff assisted said ok gave 200aud , converted Nd took enough to settle account and gave balance ,no receipt was given , so have no idea what fee and rate she used , according to my calculation am out 1000 your currency, she gave me balance as 700 something , remember her saying was converted as 6000 something, receipt would be appreciated , please response

the rooms are not clean the bath room very old and it is about time to renew it

Location of hotel was good. Concierge and bell boys were very accommodating and helpful.

Not a Five star hotel. Cleanliness was not there. Our bed was made (not much to make as I made it up every morning) and toilet paper refilled. Bathroom was never cleaned. One sink was not in working order. Blocked. Sette was stained. A five star hotel would be spotless clean not with previous guests hair in the shower. Or half amenities placed when checking in and two days later replaced.

We liked everything, the staff were fantastic, our room was spacious, the facilities good, also we liked the fact that we had a separate shower, not one over the bath. The hotel is in a great location for shopping and easy access to transport.

Clean is very poor. Items in the Bathroom just enough for one person only , despite we are two. You never get upgrade in this hotel even you are very regular guest for years. Staff at the counter very strict

Great location, good facilities, extremaly friendly staff. Wifi all over the place for free. Also, free access to business centre (pc, printer) for the first 30'. Very, very good one.

Was the best location could have hoped for. MBK was 20 min walk,Central world was10 min walk. Platinum mall was across street. Wholesale market was Just out the door to the right 5 mins. Never took cab anywhere but airport. Great food everywhere. Hotel was great so was the staff. Loved the pool on the 8th floor. Wi Fi worked great and I was on the 30th floor.

Generally good, esp the location, and the manners of the staff... Rooms were big and comfortable...

I stayed in room 3010, the shower in the bath cubicle was a little sluggish and "unfocused", I actually called up reception on the first day, they agreed to rectify. Unfortunately the problem persisted throughout our 4 day stay...it's not such a big issue, so I didn't make a fuss.. Hope hotel does something about that soon....:)

front desk staff had extremely snippy attitudes absurdly overpriced breakfast, and when i tried on the 2nd day to take room with no breakfast, they wouldnt allow it, even though the room wasnt payed for yet

Service is lousy for that star. Few times they just provide the towel changed or water for 1 pax meanwhile we were two persons in room and took times too long when we asked the additional. Phone line disconnect and again had to waited long for the technician.

The services at the front desk. One of the ladies that served me was unprofessional and rude. I will not be staying in any Amari hotel again.
