The hotel location / the size of the room

House keeping not offering the necessary thing...the first room I live it was containing very bad smill from the toilet then I have change to anthor room the towels is very old ant not new

The good convenient location

Found ants in the room.

It would appear that the hotel charges it's customers twice for all staying, when I approached the manager, he said I didn't know what I was talking about. Basically they blamed booking.com. I have now paid twice for my stay and no hope of getting the money back

Metro Station and Indian Food is at walking distance.

The rooms were smelling badly. The furniture is very old. The room refrigerator was not working and the staff did not care to come to the room to check after several calls.

Location

Front desk. Check in and out are very slow. Clerk kept answering the phone during our check in causing a lot of delay.

Friendly staff of the hotel and close proximity of the hotel to the MRT make me want to restay at the hotel in my future trips to Bkk.

The bathroom needs improvement

The only thing going for this Hotel is the location.

Night security trying to extort 1000 baht from my Thai friend in order to visit my room with a birthday gift.... Wednesday evening 6th March.

It was a horrifying experience at hotel Ambassador. They put me in a room which has a connecting door for other room. Noise from other room could easily be heard. However after 3 days, on complaint, Manager put me in other room at Tower wing.

Everyone knew where the hotel was, so it was easy to get to when getting off a long flight and straight into a taxi

With the exception of one person (a gentleman who was ultra efficient and is obviously senior - he said he had been there 9 years (he is wasted there) the reception staff were dreadful - very inefficient and when we wanted to check out promptly as we needed to get an early morning flight, despite we were the only customers, made us wait more than 10 mins. The conciege then decided we were prime targets to rip off, trying to charge us more than 10 times the price for a taxi to the airport - we just went into the street and got a metered cab ourselves. The rooms are very basic, and the corridors dark - it all needed updating badly, a did the staff!! The staff in the hotel restaurant and bar were great though and the food and drinks were excellent

1. Close proximity to the busy market area which is very live whole day. 2. Plenty of Indian & other restaurants with abundant choice of food.

1. Internet facility very expensive in the room which should be rather free. 2. Bathrooms are outdated & not clean & hygenic 3. Waiting for Chek-in very long even after prior booking & arriving after 2 PM. 4. Breakfast menu needs improvement.

location, close to skytrain. many resturants, bars just outside hotel. the tower wing rooms, especially on high floor are super value of money

The traffic outside the hotel, very congested. The main wing of the hotel has old rooms with not so comfortable beds. The TV was very old.

I love the location. Breakfast is good. Hotel has everything you need.

I am tall, so don't like it when the shower is fixed, as it is generally at my chest height and this was the case here. Also, there is no bath tub.

Location was good, shops, restaurants, bars etc all within walking distance. Included breakfast was good, lots of choice.

From the outside and in the main lobby area, the hotel looks very modern and fresh however rooms and corridors were quite dated, scuff marks along the walls of hallways, dirty floors etc.
