Everything from internet, money exchange, shops and restaurants around the hotel available. To sky train just a few minutes walk. Guest reviews are not according to the class of the rooms. The tower wing rooms are especially good The suite rooms in the old building are horrible. |

I like the close proximity to the (underground) Metro and the (above ground) train. It makes for getting around the city a breeze. |

All service 1) We woke up because of construction works (power drill) in the next room. After complaining twice it still didn't stop! 2) Bottles in the minibar were broken because of the freezer compartment in it being to close/cold. |

The hotel has a very good location, right in the middle of Sukhumvit Road which provides plenty of opportunity for street shopping and cheap food. The hotel facade and lobby are grand. Breakfast, included in room rate, is good. The hotel staff, especially housekeeping staff, was not courteous at all. The housekeeping staff used to enter the room even if 'Do not Disturb' sign is posted. There were also discrepancies in hotel bill. Timings for Fitness Centre and Swimming pool are very limited, they should be extended and Fitness Centre should be accessible 24 hrs. |

Great Location..close to sky train..center of night life (nana plaza and around.. there is no hairdryer in the room..and also everything in minibar is a little bit expensive in comparison to the similar hotels..you have two free botlle of water, which is 7baht in markets. However, they are warm:( and if you wanna drink cold ones which is kept in minibar, you have to pay 100baht per one! |

Yes. I am sure this place is haunted, as had nightmare first night and spoke to a girl the day after who said she had similer dreams when was there - she does not stay there any more and said it has had bad history - which i can more than understand, is quite seedy and has a random nightclub underground floor which is open till about 6am.... |

Located in the heart of Bangkok, convenient - short walk to the sky train. It's noisy til wee hour in the morning from the surrounding pubs/entertainment outlets. Too old, need refurbishment. One of the lifts malfunctioned. |
