Good and in the center and verey big location , and good but the big problemein this hotel more t6han 50% for the custmers is fron india so the sheff in the hotel in the brekefast is also just for indian pepole so they have to make for all the custmers , u cant make the breakfast in this hotel . u need to go outsaid for that .

The hotel offers good service and the location is nice. The rooms are clean and well designed .

I did not like the fact that it does not offer free breakfast .

I have stayed in this hotel in 2008 and had good expectations from it.I stayed at the tower wing again this time but the cleanliness standards have gone down the drain. The carpet was not vaccumed after the last guest left ( nail clippings on the floor), and there was dust marks and stains on the furniture. I asked them to clean it up while I went out. Came back to the same situation. They then provided me tow fresh water bottles and towels ( to make up for not cleaning while I was away). But when I tried to keep the water in the fridge it still had a starbucks plastic cup left by the last guest. My protest got me a new room which was hardly cleaner. Was on a smoke free floor but smelt cigarrette all over. .I also met a man in the lift .. with his luggage changing floors.. saying his room was very dirty.In all .. a very bad experience. I hope they clean up again

There was nothing I liked about this hotel. The concierge is hopeless. You have to pay 10 baht for a tel call, there is no wifi unless you buy a card and they tell you there is no quarantee you will be able to surf and there's no refund if you don'T. The gym is lousy and filthy.

As above, multiply by 10. I wouldn't comeback to this hotel even if it's a free stay or if they pay me.

Front desk staf were courteous and promptly attended to our needs.

Traffic jam around hotel during busy hours of the evening.

The curtain was stained and shouldn't have been put in a room for guests. Apart from that, it's an okay place for a short stay.

Rude and impatient customer service, tired, noisey, smokey rooms, overpriced and lacking basic Internet access make this hotel an experience I am glad lasted only one night.

Location to sky train was great, just minutes away. Felt safe in the environment around the hotel. Pool great. Spacious room, safe actually worked very efficiently. Breakfasts very good. Would recommend to friends wanting accommodation in Bangkok. Staff very helpful. Decided to change room to the tower block as provided more space. Pool facility excellent and a very welcoming refresher from the heat.

Felt wifi should be free to all clients staying at the hotel.

hotel is in the middle of the city and easy to walk street

because the price is cheap when we book from booking.com when we check in hotel staff says it is small room we need to pay to get bigger room and pay more. actually it was weird comment although we say nothing

Very polite staff but difficulties encountered with reception staff.Hotel was very clean with excellent morning buffet. Excellent service in dining room only if you tipped.

Booking made early December 2011 but staff advised that they did not allocate rooms (3) until day before arrival as we had not booked through travel agency. This resulted in the 3 rooms spread all over the 7th floor. This resulted in Manager becoming involved. Reception staff did not accept responsibility for what other staff had advised. I needed to extend booking for an additional night and what a nightmare. Lucky for me my wife speaks Thai. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Location Location Location. Its in the heart of Bangkok Nightlife.... Unfortunately for me, am no fan of nightlife.

Superior rooms are really comfortable, clean and large. The staff is kind. I come to this hotel since many years and I'll still come in future. Close to the sky train and in the middle of Sukhumvit area, which is rich in restaurants and good clubs.
