Am Samui Palace    

Good room, many palms and trees around. Close to the main street, restaurants and sopping.

Very loud in the night, hard to sleep. Not so good cleaning the water- pool. One couple had a sex in it, it`s awful, they did`n hide at all..Too many moskitous. The beach is too far, behind the next hotel and across the roud. And the beach is not so good-big wave , many people, not so clear water. Lamai beach is not good for the small children. Chaveng noi is better. Too loud on the beach.

Only given one key so air con could not be left on so when got back at night took awhile to get room cool

I did not like that at 07.00 hrs breakfast was not ready every day and kitchen personnel was moving as died flys!!!!!

I really liked our room with exit from the balcony straight to the pool. Big clean rooms and they are quite new. Location is perfect. The beach is ca. 50 meters away and the main street about the same. People in the reception area is very nice and the cleaning lady is lovely. Good value for the money.

Beds are quite hard and the breakfast is not that good. They have very little to choose from.

its at the center of lamai.2.minutes to the beach.sea is clean but wavey.breakfast is good,open buffet.rooms are clean with own balconies,big bathroom.pool is clean and big enough.staff was very friendly and helpful.just lamai is quiet and good for relaxation ,if ur looking for night life chaweng is better which is 10 mins to the airport.

The hotel is located in the very center of Lamai Beach opposite to the night market, but is still very quiet. The access to the beach is not direct. The hotel has no facilities at the beach. The pool area is nice. The staff is efficient and very helpful.

The quality of the water in the pool was not the best. The number of pool umbrellas is limited. Most pool beds are usually occupied by towels left by the guests who are not there.

Excellent location, right in the middle of Lamai with easy walking access to everything, very friendly and caring staff, clean and spacious rooms, very family and child oriented.

Breakfast variety could be better

The hotel sold our room and moved us into a upgrade room. But it was no good and did not have a pool view.So I talked to them and the next night they moved us into a pool side deluxe suite room

.....Too many mosquitoes.... They charge 3% more if you pay by credit card ...which is not writen in the site and the booking reference.....inadmissible

The pool was lovely, rooms were clean and had their own balconies, was close to the night market (across the road) and close to the beach (1minute down a path). Lovely staff. No complaints. Better than chaweng!!!

I would definetely recommend this hotel to the travelers.

There wasn't phone in the room

Superb as usual, good value for money, good breakfast, airport transfers first class, fantastic staff, especially Jar (always smiling) I saw some feedback saying the resort was noisey, we never heard and noise during our stay

Good and green territory, not fare away from the beach, shops and street. Rabbits in the garden.

The pool-area was very nice and it was a really short walk to the beach.

Please be aware that this hotel is located right next to the main street. This means that you will hear the noise of the parties going on the WHOLE night, every night! We had to buy earplugs since the noise was so loud. Breakfast is quite poor, and there are ants everywhere by the pool area.

The staff were excellent,very helpful,the cleaners too very good The location was very central,convenient for beach, restaurants and nightlife.A pleasing and enjoyable stay.

Can't think of anything not to like.Maybe some noise from disco's and bars but not abig problem.

The building is almost new and they are improving it all the time. The rooms are very big. It is placed opposit to the main bazzar but in a quiet place. The beach is not crouded and very clean.

Breakfast was ok but shoud be richer.

Friendly staff, smiling face and greeting always with them. Great services (airport shutter, room service, informations) Always make you feel like at your own house, warm and lovely. 5 star location. Lots of restaurant, stalls , massage center just outside the hotel. You can get everything nearby.

The swimming is too small and not really fun to swim with..

Swimming pool,,location good

Am Samui Palace has a stunning island swimming pool and was the highlight of our trip after a day on the beach. The hotel is close to the beach with easy access till 10pm. Am Samui Palace is right opposite the night bazaar and is close to all the shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly, with good English skills. The breakfast had a good selection and was very tasty. Well done to the Am Samui team!

The beach is beautiful, 100 meters away from the hotel (have to cross a small road to get there). Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is good. In the middle of Lamai shopping area

The swimming pool has salty water, and was really hot after a day of sun. (not sure about the water quality)
