Die Rezeption hat sich sehr bemueht.

Im Moment werden gerade in ca. 6 Metern Entfernung zu den meisten Zimmern Betonpfeiler in den Boden gehaemmert, so dass tagsueber keinerlei Entspannung im Hotel moeglich ist. Die Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel ist gerade erst im Entstehen, so dass ich Gaesten in den naechsten 12 Monaten das Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen kann. In der Buchungsbeschreibung fand ich keinen Hinweis auf die Baustelle. Da das Hotel schlecht ausgelastet ist findet das Fruehstueck nur in einem sehr eingeschraenkten Umfang statt und das noch im offenen Restaurant.

sehr gutes preis-leistungsverhalniss, die anlage ist neu, alles ok. ideal fur einen kurzen aufenthalt. in europa wurde es das 4 fache kosten. wurde wieder buchen

we had a noisy family group move next to us ,,..they kept up the noise until midnight.on hearing of our complaint the very friendly staff had no hesitation in upgrading our room to a pool suite.people were complaining on the hotel reviews that the breakfast was not up to standard,we found the breakfasts to be plentiful and varied

when it rains the street outside the hotel floods badly and takes a considerable time to drain away.

excellent position,close to entertainment, restuarants and beach.. Modern comfortable rooms, neat and clean with variety of entertainment closeby.

Restuarant buffet expensive,, good value with entertainment offered nearby by some of your competitors.

Hotel location is good although not on the sea front. Beach is 5 minutes walk away. Hotel pool was good but overshadowed by the hotel building.

Breakfast was average at best with stewed tea and over strong coffee. A lot of flies around food areas was unsatisfactory but tolerated by staff. I am sure better hotels can be found locally.

everything was perfect. thumbs up to the place, only thing was the internet's a bit pricey and the free breakfast was pretty basic.

It is near to the center and to the beach - all in walking distance, ^

There was no information that the beach is not very nice in Ao Nang (what i had suspected) - but the boats bring you easily to awesome beaches for a roundtrip of around 200,00 Baht

Very nice hotel. Good staff. Good breakfast. Massage available by the swimingpool.It is about 10 mins walk from beach, but very well located if you want to take a long tail boat to spend the day in amazing Railay, since boats depart from little pier 100m from hotel.**********Buen hotel, personal amable, desayuno OK, hay masajistas junto a la piscina todo el dia. 10 minutos andando de la playa, pero muy cerca de un pequeño puertecito de donde salen las barcas hacia Railay, visita imprescindible.

On the down side, there was a lot of noise from near by constructions from 8am, so if you like to wake up late ask for a swimingpool view room.********************Las habitaciones que dan a la calle son un poco ruidosas a partir de las 8am porque estan haciendo obras en la acera de enfrente

The pool area is great. We could jump from our room straight into the poll - great! The massage team is very friendly & good.

Breakfast is ok. Apart from that, I found the quality of the restaurant food varying and have mostly eaten elsewhere. The kids liked the western style food though.

The placement was peaceful and close to the center at the same time. Even though it is a big hotel, it maintains the personal treatment of familiar ones.

I must say I had to think for a while searching for something I did not like. Personally I appreciate fresh fruit in the morning and pieces of fruit were not cold enough. Too much water in the coffee.

staff were fantastic and so helpful. pool was lovely. very near to Ao Nang beachfront strip

we booked a garden view room, which no longer exists! but they booked us to a pool view instead for an extra 100 baht per night.

It has been really a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful in everything. Nice location as well.

No mosquitos nets on the balcony

New hotel, clean, modern design, good price, worth every cent!
