nice Location and realy very big room if you go for the deluxe the hotel is very new and the Air Condition is not working and they cant fix it. tha brekfast is poor and the food is not realy clean. I would rate this hotel as a 3 Star not 4 star hotel |

A new hotel with relatively clean rooms and a lap pool. Located close to a major shopping centre and is not very far from the Patong beach Very inexperienced staff. Poor breakfast choice. Poor housekeeping. No hotel telephone directory in the rooms |

the hotel is rather stylish, lovely pool the doors to the rooms were quite often slammed, perhaps a door closer fitted to each would eliminate being woken at 3 in the morning. |

The staff is very rude and do not speak english properly we had a problem and complain to the reception one of the man took me aside and give me a scary look I did not dare saying anything for the rest of the stay. There is a building site opposite who is very noisy. It is located 10 minutes from beach ok but you have to walk along a busy road no light at night. The safe has the same combination in every room not big security. The airco system is extremely bad and noisy. There is no spa or massage facilities. Door system is very strange and noisy you have to close the door from inside and slam it so it is very noisy during the night ; the linen were only change once in a week and we had to call to get shampoo and showergel, Breakfast poor |

They give you only one key and no way to keep the A/C running while you are outside., They don't give enough towels and they don't replace the Shampoo till you finish it , The staff don't know English well. You could not make amy call from your room, the Safe is very poor quality |

the room was excellent and the design of the hotel was very nice.It is builted in a quiet place 10 minutes walk to get to the center of patong....5 minutes to go to the big shopping mall.The pool is excellent the area around the hotel is very dirty,but the hotel is superclean.some people from the stuff never smile and they look like they don't want you to be there,but not all of them.there was a specific (short and thin)girl at the reception desk,that never smiles.she is so snob that she makes you be afraid to handle her the key room.(she was in the morning shift).the hotel promises a spa but there wasn't any.the breakfast buffet was poor....no bacon!!!no croissant...no cheese....only toast bread.sausage,ham,2 tailand dishes,2 kind of fruit 3 kind of salad,orange juice,coffee,tea,milk and omelets....thats all! quantity is poor,but quality is good! |
