the room was excellent and the design of the hotel was very nice.It is builted in a quiet place 10 minutes walk to get to the center of patong....5 minutes to go to the big shopping mall.The pool is excellent the area around the hotel is very dirty,but the hotel is superclean.some people from the stuff never smile and they look like they don't want you to be there,but not all of them.there was a specific (short and thin)girl at the reception desk,that never smiles.she is so snob that she makes you be afraid to handle her the key room.(she was in the morning shift).the hotel promises a spa but there wasn't any.the breakfast buffet was poor....no bacon!!!no croissant...no cheese....only toast bread.sausage,ham,2 tailand dishes,2 kind of fruit 3 kind of salad,orange juice,coffee,tea,milk and omelets....thats all! quantity is poor,but quality is good! |

location is not the best. around the hotel was with full of water on the rainy day and could not find a way to get in there. |

Brand new hotel Staff hadnt got a clue, their manner was bordering on down right rude, this is very unusual for Thailand |

Bei Problemen wurde schnell reagiert. Baulärm von gegenüber. Minibalkon - reichte nur für eine Person. Shuttleservice unzureichend. |
