Incredibly efficient responses from Hotel Reservations prior to visit via e-mails and via booking.com for the many, many requests we made of them. All 110% perfect on arrival. Wonderful clean rooms and view. Thank you. Excellent, friendy and very helpful staff - especially the bar men and breakfast lady. Great breakfast selection and quality - both western alternatives (amazing fruit) as well as the traditional Thai selections. Happy Hour value for money was fantastic - even the excellent non alchoholic drinks for the kids. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to next year !

As we went in Off Peak season (end Sep) and similairly to the rest of Phuket, the Hotel was busy renovating its bar ceiling and numerous rooms which was noisy at times and intrusive on the bar area. On the positive side the hotel created an alternative bar area and limited the noise and renovations to 9-5. a warning should be e-mail to upcoming visitors of the renovations before they arrive at the hotel. Some of the receptionists could have had a better "English" speaking ability - although it was a foreign country so that may be unfair ? Book in time of 2pm was too late after a long flight. Massage room was packed with furniture to the ceiling due to renovations ? Wifi should be free like many other hotels. Wifi voucher purchased should extend beyond 2 days before expiring !

Location was very good.

I booked the property because it is a suite high rise condo hotel. I requested a room on upper floor with a queen or king size bed and was put in a room not in main building with 2 small beds on the 3rd floor overlooking a alley. The room was new and clean but double the price of what it should have been. Also the water in the shower never got hot in the week I was there and there is no hot water in the bathroom sink.

Ambience

Booked this hotel just because it had a wonderful sea view. As per my booking confirmation my deluxe room had a panaromic sea view, but on arrival I was told that only some deluxe rooms have view and all of them are occupied. Had to settle for a room with practically no sea view!

Hotel is old and not clean at all. The sheet even has blood marks, and towels are smelly. if there is compulsary gala dinner need to pay, should be included into the room rate or special information, the dinner quality is terrible, but ask for half of the room rate, much much expensive than outside buffet, it is blackmail!

The location is great - short walk to the beach and Banglaw road. I was given a free upgrade to the seaview room with the balcony and the view was breathtaking. Also, if you have a late flight, the hotel can store your luggage for you and even give you a room to shower before you have to leave (for free). This was imprtant to me because my 24 hour flight was at 10 pm and I appreciated the shower after spending all day on the beach.

I'm pretty sure the room hasn't been cleaned before or during my stay in it, but the bed was made every day. The hotel is very strict about check out time. It has to be before noon otherwise they will charge you 2000 BHT (more than 1 night rate). Also, they charge you the cost of the entire stay when you check in, not when you check out. I found it to be a bit backwords. Lastly, the breakfeast could be better in terms of quality and selection.

The staff were all very service oriented and friendly. They reacted promptly on any request. The sea- /bay view from 14th floor was amazing.

When we arrived we were not given a balcony room as requested but we were upgraded without much trouble. A bit dissapointed their day spa was not in operation. You had a gr8 price for us & we will stay there again in 2012. can you please email me any gr8 offers u have on their delux room so I can book again.thanks again for your service.

The rooms where new but they smelt like a toilet. I hated my stay there. We asked about 5 time to be moved and go told there where no other room available. Yeah right there was just no customer service. Poor poor poor

Nice room near the busy nightlife and beach, with friendly staff.

The suite was not ocean view as advertised, it was back from the beach behind the main building. There was also only mildly warm water in the shower and construction going on.

отель хорошо расположен, почти все номера имеют вид на море, несколько в стороне от банглы, но очень близко и вовсе не нужно такси, до пляжа 200 метров, симпатичный бассейн. завтраки умеренные, без излишеств, скорее скромные и однообразные. если закончен ремонт с 4-7 этаж - постарайтесь остановиться там! ремонт должен до нового 2012 года закончиться!

этот отель пережил ужасы цунами и без переделки продолжает существовать. сейчас идет ремонт с 4-7 этаж - днем шум, гам, дрель и молотки. а остальные этажи как никогда нуждаются в ремонте - ну уж очень старый отель и обстановка! окна помнят мох и песок от первой волны и их именно с тех пор не открывали и не мыли. мебель убогая и разваленная, диваны и подушки в пятнах, уборка номеров отвратительная - под кроватью волосы и остатки жизни прежних посетителей. входные двери рассохлись и щели более сантимерта - так что если вы живете у лифта - то пересчитаете всех жителей и услышите неповоротливые телодвижения персонала, чьи сервис-рум находятся тут же у лифта!! и самое интересное вас ждет при расчете - когда уже заказано такси в аэропорт и ваши знания английского и законов страны ограничены. вначале вам говорят, что вы выпили платную воду - 2 бутылки и должны 100 батт, хотя вы видели только одну бутылку и как выпили ее в первый день, так больше вам бар не пополняли! этот факт удалось доказать. тогда нас попросили подождать еще 2 минуты - после чего торжественно заявили, что мы разбили практически антикварную прикроватную лампу!! мы действительно не трогали эти лампы и пальцем, да мы и в номере только что спали несколько часов... попытки объяснить, что номер нам дали не подготовленный, убирали и доводили его до ума после нашего заселения, что лампа старая и такой была не только до нас но и до цунами - бесполезны. администратор с непробиваемым лицом говорит, что она лично проверяет и подписывает все номера перед сдачей клиентам и что лампа новая и мы должны 2000 батт (по тайским меркам это цена антиквариата с позолотой). пресловутая привычка торговаться позволяет нам отделаться 1000 батт и быстро уехать в аэропорт!! фото на букинге и на сайте отеля совершенно не соответствуют реальности!! даже близко!! у нас был супериор сьютс - и мы просмотрели три номера, прежде чем согласиться в одном из них остаться - мы все искали подобие фотографиям!
