We found the room we were in was in need of maintainable as the power would short out each time we had a hot shower and the Aircon was leaking all over tiles floor making it slippery and dangerous.

The location was a 5 min walk from Patong Beach, excellent views. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The pool was good too. Close to restaurants and shopping. They even had your name written in the lobby to welcome you so it made you feel like you belonged there. There were steps leading into the front desk and no one helped take our bags in. Other hotels that we stayed in had excellent door service compared to this one.

The location to Patong Beach When we checked in we were taken to an old "not refurbished" room which is not what was shown on the internet advertising. We refused to take the room offered and were then only offered a refurbished room. Hotel is tired and needs a makeover.

Not far from the Patong beach by the short cut via 3rd floor. The room was clean. The room should have at least one more chair. For vegetarian, the breakfast offered limited choice. The deposit we paid for the room when we check in, why was it returned and not treated as partial payment when we check out?

Location is Excellent; proximity to the beach and the market Surrounded my all facilities: Exchange, Pharmacy, 24 hours shops (7-Eleven, Family Mart), tour operators at each corner A bit of difficulty in English Language for some staff. Breakfast could be better however in terms of location setup in the room. It risks of becoming warm especially for Cheese and other cold stuff.

The things I liked were the staff, very friendly, and the pool was of a good size. The beach is a short walk away and your not quite in the hussle and bussle of the main party strip but close enough if you would like to go. The rooms were nice enough however I did find the furniture to be a little out dated.

The view was fantastic at 17th floor. Service staff were courteous, convenience of link path to the beach. Breakfast was bearable. Hotel room was very dated! Price we paid during peak for the rooms were definitely overpriced. Heard that there was some room renovations going on. Best bet maybe is to wait till they finish then consider?

We had a room that provided excellent views of the andaman bay and beach as well as the western sunsets. It was quiet and comfortable although caught the wind through the open passage ways on some days We asked for a non-smoking room and were greeted with the smell of relatively fresh smoke odours on entering our room. A cigarette butt under the bed was further proof.

Location was very good. I booked the property because it is a suite high rise condo hotel. I requested a room on upper floor with a queen or king size bed and was put in a room not in main building with 2 small beds on the 3rd floor overlooking a alley. The room was new and clean but double the price of what it should have been. Also the water in the shower never got hot in the week I was there and there is no hot water in the bathroom sink.

The location was pretty good, a walking distance of 3-5 minutes to the beach. It is also a 10 minute walk from Patong's main nightlife road (Bang La road if I remember correctly), so its close enough to go out and enjoy the night by foot, but far enough from the noise to be able to sleep well at night. Most of the staff are friendly, but not as helpful as I would have expected them to be. The cleanliness of the room and comfort of the beds is something I seriously did not like. We stayed on the 17th floor and yet, there were loads of ants in our room. In addition, the bed mattresses and pillows are too hard and uncomfortable, and the hotel needs to seriously consider changing them. Woke up with a stiff neck on my second night.

Ambience Booked this hotel just because it had a wonderful sea view. As per my booking confirmation my deluxe room had a panaromic sea view, but on arrival I was told that only some deluxe rooms have view and all of them are occupied. Had to settle for a room with practically no sea view!

Cleaned a/c, pool area almost clean, gym room interior in good condition. Hundred of hairs in fresh given room, dirty windows, noisy a/c we didn't sleep a single day, electric power shutdown - rooms were dark but x-mas- tree was shining and twinkling, new-years-eve-dinner was obligatorious 3200 thb (eur 80) each person, but it ain't worth 500 thb due to cheap thai food, what you don't eat you'll find on lousy breakfast buffet for days, here until our departure on Jan 04! Thai show was amazing, dancers tumble and fell over each others, karaoke band was biggest loser, female singer didn't meet a single tone and it had been too loud most people went before 10 P.M. The staff did a good work - as long as the board members and their families joined their holidays! *************** Poor, poor, poor! **********************

The beach suites have clean rooms and are bright.Close proximity to the patong beach is a good point .The rooms are big. The hotel charged us extra 3200 bhat per person for the dinner on the 31st . The programme was horible, no dinner was left at 9.30 pm, The whole place was empty. The dj was pathetic. There was no vegetarian food available. They refused refund of the amount. The amount of 400 usd is too much to charge without the actual facility. Booking.com must ensure that customers are not fleased.

Incredibly efficient responses from Hotel Reservations prior to visit via e-mails and via booking.com for the many, many requests we made of them. All 110% perfect on arrival. Wonderful clean rooms and view. Thank you. Excellent, friendy and very helpful staff - especially the bar men and breakfast lady. Great breakfast selection and quality - both western alternatives (amazing fruit) as well as the traditional Thai selections. Happy Hour value for money was fantastic - even the excellent non alchoholic drinks for the kids. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to next year ! As we went in Off Peak season (end Sep) and similairly to the rest of Phuket, the Hotel was busy renovating its bar ceiling and numerous rooms which was noisy at times and intrusive on the bar area. On the positive side the hotel created an alternative bar area and limited the noise and renovations to 9-5. a warning should be e-mail to upcoming visitors of the renovations before they arrive at the hotel. Some of the receptionists could have had a better "English" speaking ability - although it was a foreign country so that may be unfair ? Book in time of 2pm was too late after a long flight. Massage room was packed with furniture to the ceiling due to renovations ? Wifi should be free like many other hotels. Wifi voucher purchased should extend beyond 2 days before expiring !

The location, the view and the room everything was fabulous! Room Service prices were reasonable too, when we were stuck in the room when it was raining outside room service was an affordable option! Absolutely love the hotel! The hot water in our room wasn't working so we were showering in cold water. We highlighted the problem the night before and said if it wasn't fixed we would need a room change.. The next morning both of us individually reminded them again that we need the hot water checked else we will need a change of room. I believe the hotel didn't even send anyone to check on it because nothing was fixed, also when we said we needed a change in room then they told us that there were none available and we would have to be downgraded if we wanted a change.

“My husband and I had the first 5 nights of our honeymoon here and loved it. The resort is gorgeous, not too big, and the staff are just delightful. Nothing was too much for them to do for us. Patong Beach is very close, just across the road really, and it's about a 5-10min walk (depends on your pace) to the bars of Bang-la Road but there are many shops and restaurants all around the area. We ate many times in the resort because the restaurant by the pool is so lovely and relaxing and the food is great, but of course you can eat at cheaper places outside of the resort (often plenty of street carts with food just over at the beach). We had a massage at Burasari, much more expensive than those elsewhere, but a very opulent and delightful experience and still cheaper by far than at home in Australia. All in all a great place and we would definitely go back! Thanks Burasari for a great honeymoon.” Rebecca, Bell Post Hill |
