Swimming pool so nice.

I have booked this hotel only because of sea view of room but they give me the room with pool view not sea view even if I pick sea view room during booking on booking.com Hotel is pretty far form the beach and main night street if you need walk.

Staff were helpful

Compared with photos of honeymoon suite and the actual room it was well below expectations. View to ocean blocked by overgrown trees and outside spa had not been cleaned of leaves before arrival. Cats roaming inside food area was very unhygienic and disgusting.

Very relaxing resort with very helpful staff. The staff figured out that we were arriving to celebrate our first anniversary and brought in cake and decorated the room as well. A nice surprise.

The hotel was nice clean and tidy, some of the staff where friendly. Our room was a good size and was very clean.

The food was over priced. It was on top of a very very steep hill. But a free taxi is on offer. The bath was very very small and me and my girlfriend could not lye down in it and the plug was useless!!!

Resort itself is beautiful but the service and room itself was not what I anticipated. I ordered honeymoon suite and it was nicely decorated first evening but not the other days. I stayed before in 3 start hotels in Thailand where they did that no matter what room you stay. Also - cleaning up the room was not done as it could be. Having in mind price for low season - expected much more from the hotel.

Hotellin allasalue oli todella rauhallinen ja viihtyisä. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Siisteys huoneissa oli huippuluokkaa.

Hierontojen hinnat olivat verrattain tosi kalliita. Hotellilta lähdettäessä piti käytännössä aina ottaa taxi tai tuk tuk päästäkseen asioille.

Desværre levede hotellet ikke op til vores forventninger. Det så flottere ud på nettet end i virkeligheden. Udsigten fra poolområdet kan vi ikke komme udenom, men sammenlignet med det vi betalte for dette hotel i forhold til andre er prisen alt for høj. Dejligt med shuttleservice til stranden.

Servicen var generelt dårligt på hotellet. Området og værelserne virkede nedslidte og dårlig vedligeholdte. Katte folkedes rundt om restauranten, hvilket jeg synes er ulækkert når man sidder og spiser. Spaen så ud til at være helt lukket.

Hotellets standard var acceptabel efter Thialändska förhållanden. Bra service från personalen.

Besvärligt med höjdskillnaden vilket dock underlättades genom hotellets transportservice på förmiddagar och kvällar.

Schoon zwembad, voldoende ligbedden bij het zwembad. Goed ontbijt, goede service.

Un buen hotel. De volver a phuket, volvería a reservar en este hotel. Buena vista, buen buffet, y bonita piscina.

La hubicación del hotel, hay que subir una pendiente bastante fuerte y con el calor que hace alli, no resulta facil. Los tuk-tuk (taxis de alli) son caros para cogerlos todos los dias y a veces varias veces al dia.

The facility, nice rooms, good location

I didnt like the fact that it wasnt like the pictures at all, the pool is actually small compared to the fotos..we paid for a sea view room, we didnt have one...the staff wasnt speaking english good enough, they didnt understand half the things we asked, they werent really effective..we didnt have batteries in our remotes, they couldnt provide some for us we had to go buy some, we paid for one week of internet, but really only had it for 3 days..we ordered room service, they were bringin other stuff because they dont understand what u say..
