Not easy to be found.

The manager Art, can really help you with all kind of information about Chiang Mai en can even book some tours for you as well.

All. I stayed at room at 2f and 4f. The one in 4f was far more better than the one in 2f althrough they have same facilities.

Staff(the guy) during night couldn't speak english well and not so friendly. One morning when we should eat breakfast early(6-6:30am) cause we booked jungle flight, he didn;t saw the note on the wall left by another staff in daytime, and refused to prepare us breakfast, when he saw it , the pick up car had been arrived and we need finish our breakfast in 5 mins which made me feel uncomfortable.

Great room with huge double bed (king?). Great bathroom and nice breakfast included. Had a rooftop but had no time to sit on since there is too much else to do. Loved it. Great wifi which isn't the case everywhere. Great location.

Not sure we would have used it it the hot tub wasn't filled.

In a perfect location. Staff were very helpful with advice, luggage and transport to the airport. Nice breakfast mot huge but enough. Rooms really nice with old wood furniture and á big bed. Liked the painted murals on the walls and the large turtle in the entrance.

The hot tub was not used as no water in it but then if we had requested it then masybe they would have done that for us.

Everything was perfect. Helpful staf if Art was around.

Advise to the owner: dubbel the salary of Art, get rid of one or two of those useless lasy girls and take a stafmember with the right attitude .Than you are ready for one more star.

Comfortable and clean. Rooms are nice. Pretty good location within the city walls, but neighborhood is a bit dull at night. Have to walk to other areas to find some cool bars. Staff is helpful when planning any type of day trip or class and will book it for you.

We weren't bothered by this, but there is no elevator for those who can't walk 2-4 stories of stairs.

We loved the Lanna decor throughout the guesthouse, which really made this place unique. Our room (superior) was simple but pleasant, with a very funky ensuite. The breakfasts were excellent. I also appreciated that although in a busy neighbourhood, there was not too much noise coming to the rooms at night, possibly because they cleverly did not have any windows facing the front. We were extremely impressed with the Manager who had excellent English, and went out of his way to help us organise tours and taxis etc.

The location was good, although there was a 15 or so mins walk to the night markets. If you are looking to be in the middle of the nightlife I would recommend staying just east of the Old City, however we were happy with the location overall. Also there was no brochure on the hotel in our room. I've just realised there was a hot tub on the roof we missed out on!

The staff were fantastic especially the main guy on reception. Always willing to help and gave us grat advice on what tous to do.

The hotel is located very central in the old city of Chiang Mai. Internet cafe, renting bikes and motorbikes nearby. The rooms are very clean and nice, also a safe is a available. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.

The dogs nearby had nothing to do - expect making noise.

Hotel is located in the southeast conner of the ancient city, very convenient. Just take 10 min to the main temples and main street, 15 min to the night bazaar. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, good at English. It is wonderful to enjoy the view on the roof at night.

Mr. Art at the Reception is a real "piece of art"! He was helping us with good advices, suggestions and even organized an extension of our stay in a near by hotel, since the Anoma was fully booked. He is a great service oriented professional: Kudos!

The hotel was not easy to find, since local tuk tuk or taxi drivers can leave you at one of the ends of the street and you have to find the place by yourself. Everything else was superbe...

The hotel is loated inside the old city, so it's quite easy to walk around if you want to explore the old city. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The bed is not comfortable. It feels like some parts of the spring were broken.
