Nice room and view over the temple.easy walk to everywhere.friendly atmosphere
The place was well located, with nice view on a temple. It was quite, clean and wifi was fine. And the staff was very helpful!
Great scenery.clean and quiet.nice desk clerk,Pie ,smile like an angel, and also the boy who speaks Chinese fluently.
The best rooms - with Wat Chedi Luang view (I think 202, 302, 402). Very clean.
No breakfast, but nearby many options to have a good meal
Super clean, friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Walking distance to the main sightseeings in the old Chiangmai city. 前台的阿泰中文说的非常好，给了我们很多帮助，好喜欢这家温馨可爱的酒店。
The temple next door
Clean, neat, near Sunday market, near temples.
No breakfast, The way to hotel is quite dark and quite. Car can't access the hotel, need to walk 5 minutes after get off taxi. It is very trouble if you have big luagguage or with kids.
Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Everything I expected was here & avaliable
- Great location (opposite chedi temple, right in old centre) - Friendly staff speaking reasonable English (always managed to work it out) - Bathroom was ok (everything worked)
- Air conditioning wasn't working really well - often warm moist air, which was quite uncormfortable to sleep - Quite noisy when other guests are departing (e.g., at 5:00 in the morning)
Great guest house in fantastic location. I stayed twice, as I had to depart for Bangkok for a few days on Business. I could have stayed anywhere on my return but went back to La Pillow because it had a real homely feel and it is in a great position in the old city.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. Quiet place at night.
Stayed on the 3rd floor with no lift. No phone in the room so you must go to the front desk with any issues. You can hear any noise/conversation in the hall. There is no restaurant and local places all closed at 6pm. Had first night's dinner from 7-11. There was construction happening during our stay and it was scheduled to finish our first day, but lasted all 3 days!
Nice Rooms, great location, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Very Clean.
We stayed for 10 nights and they still wanted us to pay for a late check out.. The hotel was almost empty so we thought it was a little bit unfair.
Great location, close to everything. Sunday walking street market literally right on the doorstep. Room was good size, bathroom nice with nice clean water. Staff friendly and helpful, it felt like home, I'll stay again.
Everything is good!
Very clean Staffs are very helpful Quiet Good location
Very helpful and nice staff! Helped us with many things, room was clean and nicely decorated, very good location, right in the center of the city.
Watch out for the festival of the temple in front of the hotel that happens once a year, we didn't know and had loud music every night until 11pm. Shower is poor, low pressure.
Good location, near plenty of restaurants. Laundry, near temple, near 7-11
Need to take shoes off before entering
Great location in the middle of town; rooms are very comfortable and clean
Staff are quite rude - for that factor alone I would not stay here again. For early check-in, late check-out, making local phone calls, etc. you will be charged. In other hotels of similar quality, one would expect slightly more accommodating treatment of their guests.
The location is amazing! only 2 minutes' walk to Wat Chedi Luang
The AC is noisy outside and the shower water is not big enough
Excellent location. At 50mts from the Sunday walking st, motorcycle rent, hotel and restaurant. Quiet street to sleep but enought close to the old city. Great attention in front desk. They asked for a taxi in the middle of the night to go to the airport.
The hotel is pretty cosy, however, this is hidden in the second row of buildings and difficult to find. It is extremely clean but lacks a boutique atmosphere. Rooms are not more than decent, just a fine place to sleep, but not welcoming enough to want you stay for a full day. There is no bar, breakfasts are upon request symbolic and begin late.
Charming, pretty hotel with a spacious and comfortable room and the most courteous, friendly and helpful staff I encountered on my entire Thailand trip!
Good loction n nice staff
The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. The decor was very nice and the location was excellent The staff were hepful
There weren't many facilities in the hotel itself. It's a nice hotel but I wouldn't say it was amazing value for money since it was relatively expensive.
The location is excellent, sunday night market is just round that corner, saturday night market is within walking distance. The place is very clean, big tv and nice room decor. Their rates are value for money! The staff are always friendly and ready to help. Free wifi too.
The bed is really a tad too hard for my preference, I personally like softer beds, but my bf loved it. So its just me, and I believe people who likes firm beds will have no problem with it.
