Almost everything: Location and cottages in bad condition, poor breakfast.

Rustic Bungalow style Beds were clean

High price for what you were getting Pool was green with Algae and closed for the first day. Water in the resort was shut down on multiple occasions.

Location was ok and no real problems with the staff. Free wifi.

loud music from the bars behind some of the rooms. OK for me but can seriously bother some. Also not as clean and decent rooms as expected, especially for this price I expected more.

Great room and balcony, super big. Nice bathroom. Perfect swimming pool. Good and cheap restaurant. One of the best options in Railay for sure.

The room was located quite near to a bar, but the music wasn't too loud and stopped fairly early. Not a problem to get to sleep.

The location is close to everything. And the bangelows were very comfortable. Mosquitoe net a great help for sleep. My husband was ill with fever and upset tummy for few days..the staff esp the F&B manager was great, Mr. Kasemphat he had lovely rice porridge made from the kitchen and had it sent over to my husband. He made sure we were ok and even the front office people came by to ask if we needed a doctor. They were all so kind and helpful. They tried to help in anyway possible although some staff spoke little English. We were very grateful to all the staff there. They even let us made local calls free with no charges..very helpful people. Thank you.

Nice bungalows, with TV, safe box and mosquito net, clean territory, pleasant staff.

Slow WiFi, not free. Quite a poor choice for breakfast. Narrow mirror in the bathroom is located on 1m height, and to the right from the washbasin, so it was quite hard to shave myself (1,90m). You'll have to go to a west side for swimming, though it doesn't depend on this hotel.

The C Bungalows are near a very noisy street which will keep you awake late into the night.

The air conditioner was very weak

This was our second honeymoon and second trip to Railay. It was perfect. The staff was super friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Now, there are some nicer resorts in Railay, but the combination of location, staff and what yo get for your money was perfect.

The rock climbing for those who like this sport. There are all levels and the instrutors are very friendly and good.

The city surround hotel is not well maintained with lo of rubbish plastic things which destroys the environment, lack of bin as dont know where to throw rubbish. The local government should make an effort to keep clean.

Kass, börja med ett rum byte till bungalow, lika illa båda två. Stora håll i väggarna låser dörren med ett hänglås apor som attackerar och mycke mygg.När man påpekar att rummen inte stämmer överens med foton i deras reklam får man till svar att fotona är väldigt fotogeniska? Railay Beach är helt ockej men inte detta hotel.

Suite à l'incompétence du personnel, au moment du paiement, en arrivant, ma carte a été bloquée. Ils ont passé trois fois le montant du séjour ce qui a eu pour conséquence d'alerter le service international Visa premier qui a tout de suite mis ma carte en opposition. C'"tait le premier jour du séjour et je restais 2 semaines en Thaïlande. La galère, alors un grand merci au sympathique et compétent personnel de Anyavee !

- Geniale Landschaft - einzelstehende Bungalows - kleine Terrassen an den Bungalows - kurzer Weg nach Railay West - guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den vorgelagerten Inseln - viele kleine Restaurants

- Holzbungalow (zumindest meiner) eher abgewohnt - neben dem Resort viel Baustelle und sonstiger Dreck - im Restaurant wenig freundliches Personal - im gesamten Railay-Bereich viel Müll und Schmutz - direkt am Hotel gar keine Strandnutzung möglich da Mangrove u. Dreck

Il wifi molto lento e il prezzo decisamente troppo alto per il complesso

Zimmer im hinteren Teil Zimmer ab 30x sind Abends sehr laut, da dahinter das Kneipenviertel liegt. Auch sind die einfachen Zimmer stellenweise dunkel und ein heruntergekommen Zimmer auf jeden Fall vorher anschauen. Die haben super Gute und super schlechte Zmmer

Соотношение цена - качество. Достойный отель для своей цены. Отделка санузла не дорогая (напоминает совдеповскую общагу), но чисто. Постельное белье хорошее. В холодильник, две бутылки воды каждый день ставят. Расположение в этом месте только у одного очень дорогого отеля хорошее, все остальные расположены одинаково, если ходить (минут 15-20 пешком по очень живописной дороге) загорать на Phranang бич. А ехать туда стоит только ради этого пляжа.

Кухня в отеле популярностью не пользуется, завтраки слабенькие, но ужины в соседних отелях хорошие. Ищите дальше по берегу гриль за 200 бат и к нему фрии буфет - получается дешево и вкусно.

Los bungalos son lindisimos.

El hotel si bien es relativamente barato se encuentra en Railay East o en la parte este, donde no hay arena de playa y no podes entrar al mar porque esta contaminado. La parte linda es el oeste, en todo caso, con lo cual decir que esta sobre la playa es algo asi como un engano. La comida es pesima y la atencion tambien. El personal no colabora en nada y no te ayuda. La limpieza es deficiente aunque los bungalos son lindisimos. En fin...de saber que habia dos costas, una este y una oeste, jamas lo hubiera elegido.

It is located in Railay Beach which is impressive on the western side.

The hotel staff was nonchalant about the problems and very uninterested in customer service. When I got there the swimming pool was closed. It opened that night but remained an ugly green color. The restaurant food was fair, but some of the items listed not available. The room was barely basic. It is old and worn looking. The porter complained about having to carry my backpack. The shower water just barely came out. The place was just shabby and illkempt. The breakfast was boring. It was definitely not worth the money!
