Very nice hotel with sea view and in general perfect location in Aonang. Stayed for 6 Nights, 3 in a delux room With sea view. Perfect!
For the last 3 night had to move to a normal delux room, without sea view. Very bad smell from bathroom
The hotel is located at an excellent location where you can shop and eat anytime. It's just a 5min walk to the beach. As promised in the website, the room given to us had an excellent view of the limestone cliff and the ocean! There is also a bathtub in the balcony where you can soak and enjoy the view. The room is very spacious! The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The walk up the slope to the hotel but it is worth it!
Food Room Staff Location
Playground a bit dirty
There was a lot of choice at Breakfast It was in an ideal location really close to the beach Would recommend to others and stay here again
Staff was warm and helpful. Spa was great!
Rooms should be cleaned better. Lots of ants in the balcony. Food at hotel restaurants very mediocre.
Great location. Was very accessible to the main street. It was easy for us to dine out as there was lots of halal food all along the street. Would really recommend this hotel.
Firstly, the rooms are under renovation and there's no water supply when we check-in. The staff told us to wait for 4 hours before the water supply comes. Secondly, the electricity trips twice during midnight when we were asleep. Thirdly, the air-cond wasn't working on the last day. I was told to wait 15 min before it gets cold but waited 6 hours before they changed the room for us. Lastly, the staff told me hotel is fully booked by tour groups but when I insisted them to change the room, they got me another room in 5 min. But this room is much smaller. There is no service recovery
The staff were very helpful and attend to us whenever we need any assistance. Location was alright too, just behind the McDonalds. About 5-10 mins walk to Ao Nang Beach Free wifi is available in the rooms too
Theres no elevators in the hotel, so you gotta climb up the stairs each time you need to go to your room. On the last nite of our stay, there were some problems with the plumbing so the water was disrupted for a couple of times. And when it did came back, the water wasnt so clear. Wasnt able to bathe our baby but staff apologised and gotten the plumber to fix the problem immediately.
Hotel very nice and clean, convinence near beach and foods is good too.. Hotel staff very friendly..i will come again for sure..
location , spacious rooms ,
more shine could be added to rooms for this price by replacing old cushion covers n liners n curtains with new ones. breakfast was ok only. cut fruits should be covered as brkfst is served in open inviting many flies to it. cleaning staff should be supervised as make my rooms are not up to the mark.
Room with view was great. Staff helpful and location good unless you want to be on the beach but this was not my desire so works well.
Superb views, very high quality accommodation...
Quite a few steps but you dont get the view without!! :)
The location of the hotel was superb. It was strategically located alongside with many shops, restaurants, massage parlours, hairdressers and walking distance to the beach. Very accessible. Rooms are huge and nice smelling.
Breakfast was extremely poor as the3 nights I spent there, the spread was the same everyday. Should have more variety and choices throught different days of the week. Being Muslim, I had difficulty eating as the dishes contained pork and I had only to settle with pastries.Wifi was intermitent, probably due to high occupancy. The flight and location of the lift made it in-accessible as I was travelling with senior citizen and an infant. So pushing the stroller up the slope was tedious and my parents had a terrible time walking up the flight of steps.
Staff were very friendly and the location is nice and central. I used the spa and it was fabulous.
We paid the extra for a sea view with jacuzzi bath on the balcony. The bath wasn't particularly clean and it seemed a very public balcony which put us off using it. The breakfast was ok but the fruit etc left uncovered meant I could see flies on it which was not pleasant.
The staff is very friendly and always with a smile. The hotel offers a great breakfast and a view to kill for (at least from the building at the back where we had our room). The pool area is nice and the pool bar is highly convenient.
There isn't really anything bad. Enjoy this beautiful hotel!
The hotel is perfectly located in the central street of Aonang, 5 min walking distance to the beach and the pier to the islands. Our room was very nice, we booked the superior room in the new building with the ocean view and it was good value for money. We liked the jacuzzi in the balkony. Breakfast was good.
The room was not ready although we arrived after 16 pm and informed the hotel in advance about the time of our arrival. We had to wait for 25 min. Spa in the hotel is very expensive, but there are a lot of other in the same street.
Stay at the resort was pleasant. View from the room was great
On a positive note: I did like the location of this hotel, right in the middle of everything.....even my room was faced to the main road, I couldn't hear any noise from outside or was it because I didn't spend that much time in the hotel heh. Its good that they are providing with a beach math and a bag at least :-)
Was disappointed when I checked-in they asked me to give them my bank card details as a deposit, I've never had it in my practice before and I'm travelling a lot. Plus the value of money for what you expect & what you got in this hotel is not worth it at all or I could guess as its an Island maybe that's why everything double paid. Had to ask staff 3 times at the reception to provide me with a face towel, which normally should be already in the room but not there!! The next thing - they were run out of TP for couple days, had to go to the shop and buy it. Can you imagine that one? Then a bath slippers were used a few times before & when I asked a cleaning lady for a new one she told me they don't have it. What a shock!!!! Note to Management staff: you have to mention it in your hotel review page that you're providing with second-third used time slippers etc. When I read all the comments about steps I thought they are just in front of the hotel as shows on pics, so it couldn't bother me that much....but nope, they are everywhere....and its really inconvinient frankly speaking. Overall review - its just an average hotel.
Close to the center of Ao Nang. Nice view.
Overall, a nice property. Generous sized rooms even for lower range rooms. All amenities provided for in-room, and commendable service by staff. Daily buffet breakfast is good to get one through the day.
As it was high season, the hotel's swimming pool was a little over-crowded and lacking in deck chairs and umbrellas. Also take note as this resort is built on the side of a small cliff one has to contend with numerous stairs. For those with difficulty in walking or climbing stairs this could be an issue.
The location of the hotel is very good: it is right behind McDonalds, so a block away from the busy mainstreet. There are many shops, restaurants and massage places nearby. The room was 77 eur / night. The staff was very helpfull and helped us to book cooking classes, transportations and other services.
Wi-fi was not free at rooms. Originally we had booked a superior room. The superior room was very dark & depressing and we ended up upgrading to a deluxe room with a balcony and a bath tub -- good decision. But both rooms had ants.
Slow service, had to call couple of times to deliver ice bucket. Housekeeping didn't replenish coffee in room. Most importantly not worth for the amount paid for hotel room, too expensive.
Good location, friendly staffs , children enjoyed the outdoor bathtub the most
Staff fantastic and owner managed.
Nothing. All great.
Nice rooms, nicely decorated, wide range of choices in the breakfast buffet (compared to Thai standards). Very well located to do any excursion departing from Aonang.
Not having free wifi in the rooms for a 4 star resort is not acceptable.
