Room cleaning was poor- hairs on sheets and rooms not refreshed daily. Poor English by staff Breakfast advertised til 10:30 but in fact closes at 10 and you are rushed to eat so they can clear away your table Not enough seating at breakfast Small pool area, not enough deck chairs Pool view rooms not all face the pool, but rather a wall full of vegetation Rats were running in our ceiling!!!!!!!

We got a superb deal, for the quality of hotel - stylish, clean, modern, 4 star probably, really an off-season bargain! Great location right in the heart of things just back from the beach. Lovely swimming pool, we used it all the time. Free wireless and even an ipad to borrow

Open bathroom - is an odd design - some glass in the shutters would keep noise and smells inside!

Room cleaning should be improved to reach european standards, in particular the bathroom (shower walls and glasses) and the floors (both bathroom and room floors)

near shopping and massage centre,no need to go to krabi town.

the toilet bowl in the room not really clean. the toiletteries, not sure which shower foam or shampoo.

Good location near shopping, food, water taxis to islands...the beach here is not nice compared to islands, so plan to taxi or tour them! Staff friendly & helpful. We saw 3 different rooms before getting an acceptable one (door didn't lock)...pay extra for the best room, you won't regret it!

Staff can't speak very good English, not uncommon outside of Bangkok. For this reason, you can't make any inquiries or changes by email or phone in advance. We could've booked 1 room for all 4 of us, but this wasn't evident on booking.com & calling/emailing didn't work to find out. Upon arrival they said if we booked directly with them they could've refunded, but with booking they could not...which I doubt seriously, but how are you going to argue in Thai?!

The room that was given to us was big and we had a very nice pool view. The breakfast was good.

-very good location, closed to beach, restaurants and bars. -very good omlette for breakfast, the rest quite poor, or I had better places -nice and cosy, pool, if you love pool instead of going to the beach - big & clean rooms!

- air conditioning not working properly, meaning even was functioning all day long in the room it was steel warm (not hot, but not the wanted temperature!!) - for breakfast did not have too many options, except the omlette. - not able to open the balcony doors, moschito protection missing. -bad coffee during breakfast.

This is a very nice hotel, near the beach, shopping and dining. Nice swimming pool and garden. Large room with balcony. We did enjoy our stay here!

We had to pay 200 bath for extra pillow!

The location is unbeatable as it is plenty of shops and restaurants around as well as the area where the boats depart to Railay beach. The room was very clean and comfortable. It also included a safe where we could stored all the valuable possessions.

Hotel staff - mainly at reception, clearly need some improvement. They were not making any effort to look friendly or supportive. Also, their level of English was lower than expected. We did also try the SPA at the hotel, and have to say the massages were quite average for the price.

We loved staying in Princeville resort, it was very quiet resort even though you are next to the main street. The beach is right across the road, you can easily take long boats and they will take you to the beautiful islands for snorkeling or sunbathing, it was really nice.

Location, easy to get to the beach and good pool. Excellent range of breakfast foods and the coffee shop was lovely serving great coffee, lovely icecream and smoothies.

- Location: Hotel is right where the longtail boats to the close by islands leave and located at a relatively quiet spot of the otherwise busy waterfront road.

Considering that this is supposed to be a four star hotel and charges four star prices, room and service is definitely a joke. We arrived 9:30 pm with nobody to help us with our bags and were given a room with an old bathroom (some of the armatures are falling apart) and dirty (in the sense of blood spots the type of which is hard to get out of white sheets in the laundry) bed lining. Some staff members were really unfriendly, others are nice, it really depends on whom you get. In our case the poor first impression and the incompetentness of staff to fix the problems the first night made our stay a lot less enjoyable than we it expected it to be. In terms of cleanliness and the room in general it is probably appropriate to describe it as an expensive three star hotel and we already paid at a discount to their regular rate. I strongly recommend to choose a different hotel if you expect four stars even if that means paying 20 to 30 usd more a night. Also note: the Hotel is Halal and does not serve Alcohol (which is not necessarily a negative point, just S.th. One should consider before booking) expect there to be an islamic influence in everything.

Hotel female reception staff is a disappointment. They failed the image of the hotel making the service worst than budget hotel. Male staff n many of the restaurant staff are ok. Will not recommend this hotel to others.

Halal restaurant in the hotel

Location- Extremely good location and that is the only point you can boast about this hotel. Rooms are just about OK. Break-fast just manageable.

The front office was extremely unfriendly. As if they did not want us to come in. Further I am sure I was not provided the Grand Deluxe Room as per my booking rather was given normal rooms on the ground floor. Mosquitoes was another issue.

The location was excellent. The pool area very nice. Being a smaller resort it gave a very friendly/homely vibe. rooms are large with good size bathroom. Staff friendly and very accommodating.

The best part of Aonang Princeville Resort is the location, its just 10 meter from the beach, near to shopping area, restaurants, grocery stall, street stall and etc. In summary near to everything. But the beach is quite busy for swimming The scenery of the hotel is beautiful with garden view. My daughter loves the pool and the staffs are helpful. The breakfast for us is just nice, may be we are not big eater. The room is beautiful, big space and clean. they provide towel for pool n beach, umbrella, sandal. Is so convenient We tried the spa.. wonderful services..:) We will come back..;)

The balcony floor made from wood hotel needs to change it. Already broke. The toilet, need to fix the fan for air ways The smell is cannot come out from the toilet..;)

The location is very good, its next to the beach and shopping. The hotel was very clean and the pool area was very nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a balcony. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The bathroom needs to be nicer.
