Breakfast time could be extended by at least 30 minutes with some additional options like hot milk, hot chocolocate etc.

Spa under renovation , Roof top pool with closed sign continously displayed.On one in attendance at roof top bar. Dirty corridors. Dirty lifts. Poor internet availability in lobby. Mosquitoes in lobby area

Decent location, close to Jungceylon, not to far from Bangla, but a bit of a walk from the beach. Like to pool on the top of the main building. Rooms are pretty nice but ours had a few snags.

Was a really bad smell in our room when we turned on the light and with it the fan in the bathroom. Because the fan would create a draft from outside (even with the AC turned on), and outside parts of the hotel is a pool of brakish water full of garbage (yes, really charming), and it smells. Did not like getting that smell into the room. Was also difficulties flushing our toilet. Even though they provide most toiletries (shampoo, conditioner etc) they don't provide a bar of soap.

The staff are not friendly & very rude, service really slow .. Not recommended to stay.

Disgrace what a dive. Mould in bedroom bathroom. Cockroach in bathroom. Bad staff. What a rip of . No wifi in rooms. Please stay away !!!!

Staff was terrible. Not friendly at all. I don't think they know what the words customer service mean. Always nickel and diming, forcing frustration with every transaction. I tried to extend my stay twice and both times they wanted to charge me triple what I booked online. So, I just went to an internet cafe and re-booked. They didn't want to honor the transaction even though I paid for it. I had to get the manager there to smooth things out. Sketchy as well, I took every bit of my valuables each time I left my room....

This hotel was very very poor. Please pay a little more and stay at another hotel. Rooms was a dive. Bathrooms mouldy . Worse hotel ive stayed in Thailand.ive been 9 times. !!! No wi fi in rooms .100baht 1 hour. Free reception . Total rip of!!!!! Stay a way at all costs. Swimming pool dirty. 1 good pool undercover though.no sunshine....breakfast poor. Buffet garbage..cockroach in bathroom!!!!!! Dive dive dive!!!!

Personel friendly and helpfull.Room spacious and clean.Perfect locacated out of the busy Bugla Rd,but walkable near to it and the shopping centre Junkceylon.

the only good is the loction.near mall ,near nightlife,not far from the beach.

not clean- not good service - very very bad breakfast - didnt worth it at all. i dont recommend it to nobody as i was a repeater at this hotel it was worse than last time. very very bad. i paid for superior room and gave me standard and after complainig they didnt change us room. they cheat.

The location and the swimming pool

You could understand that people don't speak very well English but that doesn't mean that you have to be rude and not caring about the guests.we found cockroaches and we saw a rat living in the 6th floor!we didn't get the room we asked for,the air con was dripping,they don't give you soap but they do give you bath foam when you don't have one!the night receptionist got angry when we asked for the key because he was sleeping! Overall for the amount you pay is not worth it,you could find a better guest house or backpacker for less money and same amenities.Please don't waste your money and your holidays here.

Staff not friendly.Hardly smile, Furniture worn out, especially the sofa at the hotel lobby worn out.

Location was excellent. Quiet for relaxation and a good night sleep. Yet a few minutes walk leads to the busy life of bangla rd. Shops is less than 5 minutes walk. Very convenient. Booked the honeymoon suite which is quite a big room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. So it was value for money. Room facilities was good. Very comfy bed. Spa was just a few meters from our room and opposite our hotel. Renting of bikes was also directly opposite our hotel.

The jacuzzi hot&cold water was excellent. But the shower hot water wasn't working so well. The water was still quite cold.

I've stay here before a few yrs back it's dated abit since then but great location clean rooms good wifi only in lobby

Pool is in the direct sun all day so water was very warm not cool& refreshing

the staff was very friendly and the housekeeping was superb, realy always kind, never had so good housekeeping, my felecitations! Nice rooftop pool and ok rooms.

at night there was a lot of noise of party people, but if partying is your reason to come to patong then go to APK!
