Very friendly staffs, tasty breakfast, clean room, reasonable price everything is perfect! If you want to take a boat to West Raillay, then you can easy to take it. I strongly recommand this resort.

I enjoyed staying at Aree Tara Resort. Everything was nice. Can't wait to visit there again.

It would be great if the hotel offer free wifi.

I like the relax mood in this resort. Very near the shopping area, 5mins away riding a tuk-tuk. Easy to find food by the roadside. Very comfy room with big bed. Serves nice simple yet nice breakfast.

The staffs not too warmth. You will need to initiate putting on a smile first.

I had to go to the reception counter to make a phone call home.That is very unacceptable.

I really like my stay at Aree Tara. I have asked the hotel staff tonnes of questions and they are friendly and happily giving me tips from where to eat, which one day trip worth going, where to shop......

like the buffet breakfast. only 150 baht/pax with variety of food. not far from centre point of aonang beach. you can walk or take tuk tuk. near to yaminlah pancake. exceed my expectation with what i have paid. free wifi at lobby is fast enough.

dont have iron inside room. i think only 2 international channel. 1 movie and 1 sports channel.

We like all the Aree Tara staff service. They all kind, friendly also helpful. Resort clean, good facilities, comfortable to stay. Can request / borrow plug pin from the reception counter if we don't have Thailand kind of socket (2 pin socket). The island tour package at the resort much more cheap then outside seller.

Everything was good at Aree Tara Resort. I have no such a thing that i dislike in there.

I like most the cleanliness of the room.(Bravoo to House keeping team). The morning shift front desk staffs are very friendly and polite. I'm enjoying myself during my stay at Aree Tara Resort. Thank You to the management of the hotel.

We paid a cheap price per night since it is low season. The location is near ao nang centre if u rent a scooter. Apart from the unpleasant smell at the lobby, the room n toilet are clean and neat.

There's no wifi in the room, n only free at the lobby. If u want wifi in the room, they charge 50 baht for half an hour. My wife requested for extra nescafe sachets and was told if she asks again, we will be charged. The drainage system outside the entrance in front of the lobby is poor and smelly, hence it can be uncomfortable at times to go online at the lobby to get free wifi. If u want to iron, they won't send it to the room, they ask u to send to the laundrette instead for ironing. My wife being observant saw that they did not replenish the soap even though we were staying one more night after housekeeping cleaned the room. Overall, the hotel is quite calculative, but other than that, everything is ok.

We stayed at one of the deluxe rooms and it was up to my expectations... The room was clean n comfy... The staff at the front desk were nice and friendly, and helped us book our day trips with ease...

It was so obvious that the staff prefers Caucasians than us Asians... Especially the staff at the restaurant during breakfast, I noticed that they only greet n make small talk with them and completely ignored me and other Asian customers... I find this really upsetting...

I like the coziness of the hotel, not located at the crowded area of Aonang but just nice distance from the food/shopping area.

The location is great, the room are reasonably large and this hotel had the best shower we experienced in 3 weeks of touring se Asia. We had a lovely room with a leafy outlook that was very private. I think the pool view rooms are not as private as the balcony with the garden view.

The pool and pool area could be cleaned on a more regular basis. The water seemed a little mirky and there were beer bottles and used towels left behind that should have been cleared. Also, the prices at the pool bar do not include 7% vat plus a 10% service charge. I feel this should be included in their prices.

The hotel is very clean with a modern decor, different from the typical thai style interior where there is no statues or carving of the god displayed in the room or part of deco. this is nice because statues gives me creep. staff is helpful and friendly. hotel location is near the aonang hotspot and food stalls. will definitely stay here again if we are coming back to krabi

Basic amenities present with comfortable bed and a/C. Plenty of information about tours at reception and loads of tourist information resources round the corner.

Photos on website misleading.... Hotel is much smaller, pool is small, no attention to detail with marked walls everywhere and chipped tiles in bathroom with some areas not even grouted properly. Breakfast generally always the same and was never decently warm enough. Our room overlooked an empty plot that resembled a building site. Other building site opposite hotel too. Heavy and foul smell of stagnant water in reception area. Communal areas of hotel not air conditioned. Overall, would highly not recommend to anyone.

the hotel was very good value for money. Very cheap but excellent quality, good facilities and very clean.

We stayed for 2 nights in the resort in a superior room. The rooms were big, well lighter and ventilated. Very tastefully designed and decorated. The bathrooms were awesome. They had separate bathtub and showering areas. The rain showers were so nice. The pool was also quite a treat. We had a very very comfortable stay at Aree Tara. If I come to Krabi again, I would definitely book here again.

The rooms had ants issue. We forgot a cup of coffee on the bed side and when we got back the whole bed side had ants due to the coffee mug.May be pest control can be more regular. There is no room service beyond 10 PM. On a holiday people usually roam around late in the night and may need certain assistance beyond normal hours. We needed some refills for coffee creamer at around 11. We were told that there is no staff so we will have to fetch them from the reception. Atleast some facilities like housekeeping should be provided round the clock.

The rooms are squeaky clean & tastefully decorated and the pool was very nice too

Occasionally there are some foul smell when emitted from the road, this is unpleasant especially when you just want to lounge in the lobby

Good hotel, clean rooms with good aircon. Reminded me of a good premier inn.

The pool was poor but the beach is close so not a big issue.

Awful smell in the lobby & on the street. The pool is between the 4 walls & there is no sun. Hotel is not old but looks very ugly & dirty. Its not a 4 star hotel as advertised, maybe 2+.
