They had a nice outdoor pool but didn't get sun in the afternoon. Not very far from the center, a 10 minutes walk while you see restaurants and shops. Distance is not an issue in Ao Nang as all the tours come pick you up at your hotel and beach in Ao Nang is not worth it. Actually this hotel is nearer to the point where all the tours take you for a day trip, so the location was good. The room is ok, kind of modern but don't expect luxury. Very clean, the change your towels and clean everyday and the beds are very comfortable.

Internet was not free.

Not too far from the beach, yet far enough to make it a quiet area.

It seems like they wanted money for every small service, such as an extra bottle of water or local telephone calls. Whenever we asked for something the first reply was the price. In my opinion, such small services belong to customer service of a "4" star hotel and they should never ask for extra money for every little small thing.

Room have a insect, ant & mosquito!! Terrace facing grave this is the bad one....Location is a bit far to Ao Nang Beach. Night time is quite dark to walk to main road. Unchanging Buffet breakfast has limited choice.Not free Wifi internet...

room though clean smells damp cos of the wood and air con, needs addressing, breakfast though ok but very repetitive ok for a few days stay,

It's walking distance to Ao Nang Town area, convenient stores and beachside. Simple design place..

The attitude of the female staff at the front desk was awful, I had a one off emergency and explained my sistuation at the beginning of my stay. The staff showed no concern or care and just kept ranting about when I was going to pay them for my second night. It was 8 am in the morning and I still had until 12noon to check out and if they had of helped me I could have sorted things within minutes and stayed and extra two nights. I ended up checking in next door and really enjoyed my stay there. So all worked out in the end

Immaculate and well designed rooms (except shower curtain) Clean and quiet location, Helpful staff and good facilities, cheap scooter rental from hotel

Well designed bathrooms were spolit by a medical style shower curtain rather than cubicle. Had to pay for wifi and internet and it was slow, but for the price of our stay we can't really complain to much, overall pretty good

Amazing staff on reception - very helpful and friendly! Excellent customer service- best I have had in Thailand. Lovely room overlooking pool. Good selection for buffet breakfast. 10 minute walk to town. Beach towels for free

Cleaners could have done more thorough job

It's a liitle bit away from the center of ao nang. But it's very calm :-)
