Staff are not friendly

I am an arimana customer since 2009. ....Hotel staff: try to avoid Ms.Oui, who spoiled my good long term impression of Arimana by her neglectful attitude to guests when I was moving the hotel to Karon beach. She was so rude blaming me and my wife for couple bootles of water which we did not take because Arimana provides 2 free bootles of water daily...She insisted, so I paid. When she saw, that I fixed her name, she refused to take money...To sum up: hotel lost his permanent client because of 1,65$ and Ms.Oui boorishness...Arimana hotel manager should do staff recruiting more carefully: Patong hotels competition is getting more and more desperate day by day, to many new hotels appear...As for me: never stay again in Arimana!... В нашем случае: пытались напарить оплату за 2 бут воды, которые мы не брали (ибо 2бут дают нахаляву ежедневно).Отношение на рецепшине на удивление хамское, особо - Ms.Oui,которая испортила все настроение при выезде,сучка еще та

So surprised when we were told that we needed to pay for our 2-week's accommodation immediately either in cash, or by credit card with an additional 3% service charge at once when we checked in! Don't most hotels use a credit card as a deposit and only charges when checking out? They didn't mention this big rule at all when we were booking. Very unpleasant about that.

Receptionist was very friendly and funny had a good sense on humour and made me laugh a few times. Room was basic, neat and tidy.

About 5-10 min car/bike ride to beach and main area. I was on 7th floor and WiFi was not great but if you go reception area Wifi is good.

Excellent location, very near to Jungceylon. Reasonably priced. A hotel staff speak flawless English. Free use of desktop to go online. Nice pool. Has an elevator.

Free wifi unreliable, often unavailable. No bar. Room tv unusable on 2nd and 3rd day of stay. Only 1 parking spot for rented car (right in front of hotel). Room is clean but needs additional lighting.

I like this hotel very much, simple, nice,friendly and cheap.

We were couple but we only able to get twin sharing room instead of double room.

The hotel staff were great, very helpful and friendly.The Hotel itself was more than adequate, very comfortable and clean. The pool area was not very big and no sun during the morning but pool was really nice in the afternoon after being at the beach or in town.

Breakfast could have had more options. The pool area was a bit small.

хороший отель за свои деньги. чисто, уютно, неплохие завтраки, отзывчивый персонал. в общем, рекомендую.

периодически пропадал вайфай, надо было каждый раз пере загружать роутер. также окна с одной стороны здания выходят прямо в стену, от этого в номере темновато, а конкретно в нашем номере 303 выходили на чужой балкон так, что можно было перелезть.

临近海滩，老板很有意思！呵呵，人都很好！ 有机会一定还会去的！

等check in时间太久，坐在大厅非常热。

靠近山了，离江西龙不近，价格便宜，晚上比较安静。
