Arimana (Patong beach)  

All staffs were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and tidy. Basic amenities such as hair dryer and mini bar were provided. The hotel also provide free wifi ^_^. Location is good. Just 2-3 minutes walk to Jungceylon shopping centre and the market where we could find cheap traditional food to eat. Although the pool is small, it's lovely. All in all, great value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

So surprised when we were told that we needed to pay for our 2-week's accommodation immediately either in cash, or by credit card with an additional 3% service charge at once when we checked in! Don't most hotels use a credit card as a deposit and only charges when checking out? They didn't mention this big rule at all when we were booking. Very unpleasant about that.

We found the hotel clean and the staff were friendly and helpfull the location was as described about 15 mins. From beach , the biggest problem are the roads but that is pretty much the same all over Patong ,nobody has the right of way in spite of thier being pedestian crossings.

Room wasn't made up 3days in a row. Staff were not very helpful. I ended up leaving three days early and checking in elsewhere.

Excellent location, very near to Jungceylon. Reasonably priced. A hotel staff speak flawless English. Free use of desktop to go online. Nice pool. Has an elevator.

Free wifi unreliable, often unavailable. No bar. Room tv unusable on 2nd and 3rd day of stay. Only 1 parking spot for rented car (right in front of hotel). Room is clean but needs additional lighting.

Clean rooms and helpful staff. Facilities were in good condition. I think was no cheaper hotels with a pool in Patong thought it is ment just for chilling not swimming. Short walking distance from Jungceylon.

Some of the rooms are opposite the next building. We had standard double room with a balcony. The view was partially to a mountain and partially to a balcony of the next building which was less than two meters from our balcony .

I like this hotel very much, simple, nice,friendly and cheap.

We were couple but we only able to get twin sharing room instead of double room.

The hotel staff were great, very helpful and friendly.The Hotel itself was more than adequate, very comfortable and clean. The pool area was not very big and no sun during the morning but pool was really nice in the afternoon after being at the beach or in town.

Breakfast could have had more options. The pool area was a bit small.

hotel is a decent, good staff, but far enough away from the beach, 20-25 minutes, some rooms with views of the wall, which in principle does not matter
