odamın karşısında inşaat yapılıyor olması gürültü ve görüntü olarak beni son derece rahatsız etti.gece geç yatıldığı için sabah gürültü ile uyanmak son derece sinir bozucu idi.odalarda internet ulaşımı sorununu defalarca ikaz etmeme rağmen çözmediler bu nedenle zamanımı resepsiyon bölgesinde internete girebilmek için geçirmek zorunda kaldım.otel personeli ilgisiz uyandırma servisi beni uyandırmayı unuttuğu için uçağı kaçırabilirdim ayrıca çıkış yaptığımda bana izah edemedikleri bir nedenle içerideki depozitim olan 1.000 baht a el koydular zaten uçağa yetişmem için zamanım az olduğu için mecburen parayı bıraktım zaten başka bir şansımda yoktu

The location, the pool area, the party and the restaurants.

The rooms are pretty poor but not too bad compared to the price.

if you are looking to party in the Hub of Koh Samui, look no further. Ark Bar hosted the most popular beach and pool parties in the area, so it was a luxury staying here. Our rooms were far enough we couldnt hear the noise but close enough to stumble back bare feet. Had a blast!

Location of my room. It was right across from one of the pools and 20 second walk to the pool bar.

The food was not very good.

Great location; awesome pools; good restaurant. Party central -- lots of people hanging out / drinking during the day. Great spot if this is what you are looking for.

SUPER, super loud at night. One of the worst night's sleep I have had in a long time.

I had not stayed before but had experienced music/vibe at bar, great location, good food, nice pools, efficient reception staff

Sometimes music is too loud but I knew that before I booked, went to quieter pool to chill, Ist room I stayed in was certainley not superior but I upgraded next day and was a lot happier for a small upgrade charge

room service was on fair level, there is a construction area close to hotel which causes of some noise at day time. but that is temporary :)

Good location, the party pool was fun but there were also two other pools reserved for hotel guests.

Staff weren't the most friendly or helpful.

E music that played from 11 a 2 am was shocking. It ruined our entire week holiday. There was only techno synthesiser music and no real music. You couldn't escape it, we had to go 500 metres down the beach just to get peace and quiet. This should be advertised on your website. When you say party and music you should have real music. We have been in Phuket for the past 4 days and have listened to a band play on the beach from our hotel every night, this is music, not that horrible synthesiser stuff that is played at Ark

multiple beach side swimming pools and bars. food not cheap but OK. central location, easy walking to other bars/restaurants.

very loud music played throughout beach bars and pool areas during daytime. hotel room & bathroom was small with 'tired' fixtures and fittings. very poor value considering sold as 'superior deluxe'. WC was problem to flush twice in two days. very limited parking. large block of rooms still under construction.

I liked the pool areas and the beach, also good location for nightlife

building work going on and planes flying low to land over hotel meant it was quite noisy, also the boom, boom beat of the poolside disco got on your nerves after a few days

The room has been remodeled and is very nice. The location is very close to airport, 'on' the beach with own beds and service on that beach. The food is good, good Thai food and also Western (Mostly Aussie).

Bathroom is very 'simple', old, no socket for tooth brush or shaver. Buildings are stand so close to each other, that all the view you have is from your neighbor's dirty feet on his balcony.

Beds to hard, little bit noisy aircondition, and do not live to close the DJ place with loud music :)

Perfect location for airport and ferry access to other islands. Loved the DJ and general buzz from 2pm everyday.... Food Good Loads of staff, and cleaners keeping the beach clean...

The atmosphere of all the people wanting to party.

I found the staff where quite rude, and where hard to approach. It was very hard to find a spot at the pool if you didn't get there early.

Good location, right on the beach. Friendly atmosphere, good party vibe. Nice beach, great facilities, good food at restaurant. Room and resort very clean, nice surroundings. Further shops, bar restaurants within walking distance. Laundry service available if needed and onsite travel agent, handy for booking transport back to bangkok or other destinations.

Mattress on the bed was hard, needed a massage after a couple of nights. Resort is being extended so some construction work in progress but it did not cause any problems to our stay, nor did it wake us up. Resort is on a flight path so you get a few planes going overhead during the day but it was not a problem.
