Food. Service. Internet. Everything
Central location and helpful staff
In these times WiFi as an additional cost.. A turnoff for many
Location. Easy to find halal foods. Near to the shopping complexes (MBK, Platinum, Pratunam, Siam Paragon). Accessible via BTS, and easy to find public transportation.
Paid wifi. Even hostels/dorm can provide free wifi.
The location. It is so convenient to take the BTS. Finding a place to eat was also convenient. Room size is excellent for 3 people with an extra bed.
The front desk staff was not friendly. The bath tub drain was clogged. Water flow is very slow. Free wifi was not available even though the code was issued at check-in.
got upgraded breakfast we got free wifi! location near to skyrail, so fast to get to the airport
too big needs a bit of renovation
location Breakfast Staff except lady duty Manager Tour desk
No free wifi Old fridge in room that made a noise and kept me awake, I moved rooms and got the same experience. When I complained to the duty Manager she didn't seem to believe me even though I recorded the noise and played it back to her. She promised to investigate but never came back to me.
I have stayed at The Asia Hotel Bangkok many many times and as I live in Jomtien Pattaya it is such an easy place to get to via The bus service from Jomtien to the Airport and then the Airport train to the station next to the Asia Hotel. One stop from from the end of line station to the Asia is so easy.
I have stayed so many times that I do not have anything I do not like. GEORGE
Free Wifi friendly and attentive staff daily newspaper complementary fruit good amenities although one toothbrush when we were with 2 location
toilet leaking slow water drainage bath no handheld shower too crowded during breakfast too many people right outside the hotel ready to deceive tourists
Great Position largely fantastic service by most staff We were well looked after
Absurd price of either internet cafe and wifi 700 b /day. couple of staff were VERY rude to a fellow guest and another intolerant of questions should both leave hospitality
easy acces to public transport.
expansive wifi charges
Most hotels offered free wifi even for places in china. Why we hv to pay so much on using of wi fi
Both internet and wi fi are chargeable
Walking distances to the main shopping area in bangkok...
No free wifi...
WIFI is paid, very expensive.
I liked receiving the paper every morning, and the direct access to the sky train. Great location everything in working order, excellent value for money. Pool on the 12 floor is much better than the 12th floor. Access to the skytrain is very good.
The hotel is tired, but considering it is 47 years old, wouldn't you be.
The location is very convinient, right next to the BTS station. It is in a walking distance to Platinium shopping mall. It was very nice, the hotel allowed us to check in at 7.00am in the morning without extra cost. I am very pleased with that.
I spoke to the hotel male staff twice, and alway got bad irreasonable responses. This male staff told me on the phone that an early check is possible if I pay extra. I did checked in at 7am without any extra cost when I arrived. Second time, I called the hotel when I actually checked it. I lost my wifi password. So I called the receptoin asking for a new password and again this male staff told me that I was not allowed to have wifi password again. He said he will go and check with his manager. This is not so smart, asking for manager permission to give your hotel guest wifi password. Any way, he never called my room back for password. This guy got a real problem to work in service industry.
What's the point to high light??? Since we book more than 03months ahead wont get near by rooms??? It's was far away head to tail away
ur breakfast is poor compare with other five star hotel.
Nice clean, comfotable room.
Felt my arrival was an inconvenience to reception staff, fellow that served me very abrupt, unwelcoming and unhelpful. Also didm't explain the deposit system hence causing issues at check out
They have to make new furniture and add free wifi
Location and clean room
No free WiFi. Paid WiFi very expensive.
No free wifi, you have coffee but no glass for hot bavrege, you need to pay extra, the rseption dont speak English as thy should. Every thing is groom especially the breakfast. I didnt like it a bit...
Rude unapproachable staff. Crazy wifi price. Terrible breakfast. Ancient facilities in the gym. Very poor overall. Good manners doesn't cost anything.
Value for money. Friendliness (rudeness) of staff. Cost of wifi. Cost of drinks/breakfast. Noisy aircon.
