No fuss good location close to the beach and local restaurants with good transport (tuk tuk) to the central shopping mall of Jung Ceylon centre. The daily cleaning was good but they should replace the shower soaps and shampoo each day! |

convenience to shopping area in Phuket. Shower hot water inconsistent. Same type of breakfast food for the 3 days staying period. We staying at 4 floor, 5th floor top floor is swimming pool, at night, u can heard some kind of machine operation noice till 6.30am, this was happened in the 2nd night. |

The room was clean and the air con is cold enough for the hot weather. Swimming pool on the fifth level was small but clean and cosy for chilling. There's too little choices for the breakfast. |

Contrary to other reviews on this site, we found the hotel staff to be adequately friendly and helpful. One of the reception staff helped carry our bags to our room and the restaurant staff were just as friendly. Our room was cleaned every day and we always had fresh towels. Beach/pool towels were also available every day. The location was perfect - a couple of minutes walk to the beach and about a ten minute walk from all of the shops and restaurants. The breakfast was varied every day - from cereals to noodles and fried rice (!) however, the hot food was usually cold but guest were able to order a freshly made omlette. If you have seen the pictures on the website of the pool - don't be fooled. We were expecting an amazing infinity pool where you can see the sea for miles but we were sadly disappointed. There is a building next to the hotel so this is the only view you have. Quite misleading. As mentioned before, the breakfast was cold every morning, The beds were quite hard also. Overall though, the good points out weighed the bad. |

I found the hotel really nice and very worth the price. A group of 11 of us stayed there with no complaints. We got to check-in early at around 9.30 am. The breakfast was good with a slight change of menu everyday. The room is really clean and even though the beds were hard, it was really comfy and we had good night sleeps. The hotel location is really close to the beach around 2 mins walk. Bangla road is a lil far - about 15mins walk but you can easily get a tuk tuk there for around 150-200baht. The swimming pool is a lil small but nice and quiet. We took the standard room and found it to be adequate as we spent most of our time out of the hotel. No complains. We enjoyed our 4 days 3 nights stay. |

The Aspery Hotel is in a great location, just far enough away from the main areas of Patong so its quiet at night. Facilities good with good breakfast selection and reasonable quality rooms. The beds are firm, very firm. |

Very comfortable rooms and cleaned daily. Excellent buffet breakfast and breakfast began at 6:30 am which meant that you could eat before going on a tour. Free internet access was a bonus and an in room safe was good. Showers were only luke warm and needed to be hotter. |

its a good location internet connection is really bad, duvet is stained and not changed for the full 5 nites we stayed (already stained when we check in, porter just tried to brush away the dirt). staff not very friendly |

The room is clean and comfortable, the other facilities worked okay but maintenance is not too good. The location is good though and the cafe serves reasonable food. Good value for money! Maintenance of the room facilities could have been better. Anyway, they fixed them up during the day. Good show. |

The zen feeling of the hotel. anyway the hotel needs to occupy something on the roof top? Its its for rent??? I might be interested for a bar. do update me. None at the moment...need clean the inner RESTAURANT..found roaches....BINGO.....but all good..NOT JOE's apartment...oopss dun let it spread |

The size of the room. A very large room - great for families. Free WIFI from the room which was perfect, as other hotels would charge. Location. Travel via scooter would be no problem to the beach and shops, but it is a fair distance to walk. |

The location nears the beach, clean, looks new and minimalis.good price. We woke up at 6 :30 to get showered n suddenly the electricity was down only in our room. I called to the reception asked for new room because we need to get ready before 8 to be picked up by our travel agent. But the reception forced us to wait for the electrician to fixed the room. She said that I had to checked out first to change our room???? Then we waited up to 7.45 without took any shower n the electrician could not fixed the electricity. Then we went to receptionist again n complaints. This time the new receptionist gave us new room without doing any check out???? but the problem was we only have 10mnts to pack our stuffs to move to other room before we go. |
