Comfortable of this hotel

Obviously the staffs not friendly enough

Don't expect luxury, but it's a totally adequate hotel, clean, spacious rooms, ideally located in a quiet area, yet very close to the beach and all the nightlife. Ask the reception to give you a room facing the street in front of the hotel (the facade side), as there is still some construction going on at the back of the hotel, and it can be quite noisy and dusty there.

clean rooms and lobby, spacious room and excellent set of satellite channels.

at times, would get a pungent sewage smell from the bathroom... but it wasnt continuous and cud closing the bathroom door would solve the problem.

It was quite good for the price we paid. Internet, clean room, and nice breakfast. Good location. Nice staffs.

I did not really like the staff who stationed at the counter who arranged for airport transfer. Information wasn't clear and the staff wasn't really helpful.

Good location and good hotel for a couple of days while organising ways to get to better parts of thailand.

Clean room, friendly staff (even though they did not understand english too well), proximity to the beach is a definite plus - takes about five minutes to get to the beach.

The location is excellent but try improve the staff performance,the tour desk is really help full, the spa attach with hotel is perfect.

Overall good hotel. I felt it was a bit expensive when compared to other hotel arounds...

Very enjoyable stay, room and bath are clean, staff are very welcoming and helpful. Located very near the beach and walking distance to good shops and shopping complexes and a bonus Halal authentic Thai seafood restaurant just 5 minutes round the corner. Will come again to stay when in Phuket. Highly recommended.

Pool does not have view of the beach but small matter actually

Not really much. very average hotel for the price range.

To sleep on the mattress was like to sleep on the floor. It was incredibly hard. Also the pillows were terribly hard and uncomfortable. I spend about 120 nights per year in hotels in Asia and the bed of this hotel is by far the most uncomfortable where I have ever slept. Besides, the walls of the rooms are very thin and you can clearly hear what happen in the other rooms. I would not recommend this hotel, unless you think to rest is not important.

Best hotel I've stayed in esp for it price. Location is great, very close to the beach, heaps of hawkers food stall within a min walk away where they serve cheap n yummy seafood. Safe spot to stay coz its not close to near bars/clubs hence no drunk trouble makers around! It is still a relatively short walk to the busy strips of Patong but yet far enough away from the noisy crowd, no ladyboys hanging around the hotel! Staff? can not say enough good things abt them, they r friendly n helpful. Pay for a 3 star hotel at a 5 star service!!
