near to the seaside in patong beach no wireless connection in my room ( room no:413) , there was no hot water in shower till last day. even i didn't drink pepsi in my room, they gave a receipt as if i drank it. they get 500 baht for new guest, even you pay for the room of two guests. they know that its illegal. So they make you to sign a paper for accepting this issue. They should mention this before you pay for the hotel...

The hotel really need to improve on their service at the front desk. Staff was rude and cant be bother when im doing my check in. Room was decent when I went in but after seeing the bathroom it totally change my view. The tap on the basin was old n rusty with stain. So was the basin top. So run down. Worst of all is the bathtub. I purposly book a deluxe room so that my hubby can enjoy it but when we run e water in e bathtub, gosh!!! It was light yellow in colour .call e front desk n complain but they merely reply me , I will check for u n e reply nv come back. So what is the point of me paying extra for the bathtub when I cant even enjoy e use of it. E light in e room n toilet was not working and it took them more then an hr to send someone up n got it fixed.haiz.. Totally spoil our holiday mood. Worst is when I wake up e next morning wanting to wash up n go for my breakfast, there is no water!! Call e front desk n they just reply that they r topping up e water now?? Topping?? Cant believe man! And it happen again in e afternoon when we came back from shopping. We are all sweating due to the hot sun outside n we cant have a shower to refresh ourself. In e end we have to change n go to the swimming pool! I think the hotel next door ( the sea patong & the nap ) is way more better the Aspery. The website picture is decieving too cuz the swimming pool dont have sea view at all. It totally block by the nap hotel! The only gd point I can rememeber is the breakfast that was served. Not much choice but most of the food is nice. But e staff sux! We order 3 omelette on our 2nd days n e lady who is making it give us a rude reply when she handed us the 3rd omelette. She say : u shld have order a big one from me. So troublesome to make 3 instead of one and my hand is tired. We nearly fainted. If my booking cant refund me my balance 3 nites I definetly will check out and move to The sea patong next door!

Close to beach and the staff made me feel like I was part of the family. Beds are a little hard, however I have been told that this is a asian preference which is not exclusive to the Aspery.

Air conditioning not functioning properly. The floor of the room is covered with sand. The balcony is covered with dust. Need to wipe with tissue everytime before using the balcony furniture. Im better off staying at The Nap Phuket, the next time i'm in Phuket.

The staff were nice and helpful especially when we accidentally checked out too early they gave us another room to rest in for a few hours even though they were fully booked. Hotel is near shopping and beach and lots of restaurants Water pressure is non existent and there was no water from taps and shower one morning till we came back from out island hopping trip.

Kind, friendly and helpfull staff. Made you feel at home. Good breakfast. Staff always willing to help. Flat screen tv and dvd player. No seaview - Pool seaview was take away with new hotel built. Clients with wireless laptop should ensure that wireless connection is available in room before unpacking.

The swimming pool on the roof was lovely and one of the best that I used on my 2 week trip to thailand. Rooms were really clean and the staff lovely. Nice breakfast was also included. Can honestly say there wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay at the Aspery

Location of the hotel is perfect for beach, shopping and dining. The room is well designed and still new with ample space for couple. Breakfast is superb and plenty of choice. I will stay in the hotel again in my next visit. The wifi was available but no internet was abled in the room except at the lobby. They said it broke down and waiting for repair. I did'nt have that facility during my stay v frustrating.

It is very convenient to the beach n a walking distance to the nightlife n entertainment! The room fascilities were fine. My fiancee had her manicure n pedicure done at the hotel spa. She's happy about it. At night, we can sleep well. Not much noise heard from our room. The breakfast was excellent! They change the menu for the 3 days i stayed there. Staff were friendly. Greeted whenever they sees us. Keep it up that way! I will definitely come again to this hotel n planning to stay much longer coz we booked for a 3days 2 night stay. Overall, i am happy i chose this hotel as this is my first trip to phuket! The room i stayed in was blocked by the new hotel that was built up so i didnt get to see a view. Not much channel that i can watch. Most of the tv channels were local and i cant understand a thing. So i rent a dvd at a nearby shop to watch movie.

The food was great, and restaraunt staff were fantastic! The beds were rock hard!!!! The hardest I have ever felt in my life!!! Staff at the hotel never greeted you when you entered the reception area. They were too busy playing with mobile phones or having thier own conversations. We would not stay at aspery again, however we would go and eat there.

Centrally situated, very clean, 24 hour desk, most helpfull. The king size bed was very hard like laying on concrete. When advising management of situation hotel staff tried to recify situation. Seems that all beds in Thailand are very hard.

Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. At the beach there are shops n restaurants. There is a tour agent company in the hotel not meet to our expectation. Not punctual in timing. As for the hotel's staff, they don't fulfill our room request.

Room size was reasonable for a 3-star hotel. Room was nice & clean. Location a bit off but acceptable. Egg station at breakfast room came as a nice surprise. The cafe was tastefully done up. Nice infinity pool at rooftop. Shower temperature varies when showering. No adaptor when requested for one. Hair dryer not working in the bathroom - no assistance / alternatives were rendered / offered by staff. Spa prices was high even with discounts given to house guests.

Very, very plesently surprised by the whole experience. Perfect location, very friendly staff (manager Eleonore very helpful) excellent food. We spent two weeks in the junior suite and loved huge bathroom, big and bright room and large terrace. A bit noisy at times with two new hotels being built acoss the road - when finished in several months owner of The Aspery better think about their prices structure if they want to keep all the happy guests that want to come back (two of us included...). Yes, two very happy guests here.... A bit crowded at the reception area at times, management should put warning stickers on each floor reminding guest to keep the noise down at all times and have one of the staff inspect each floor every half an hour between 10.30pm and 1am and also not be affraid to warn noisy guests to keep the noise down. Check on small things that make life of the guests miserable - not working reading lamp reported several times and difficult to close balcony door... Perhaps a bit more communication with longer staying guests ( a bit more official and a bit more style perhaps...) - a welcoming letter on arrival and reminder notice about the transfer on departure.

The location was good. The food in the restaurant was quite good and reasonable price The staff failed to book our airport transfer and then were unable to help us when we called from airport, although it had been confirmed via an email the day before we left home. The water was brown. We were unable to wash our infant daughter - even when we boiled the water it literally smelt of sewerage. We booked a Junior Suite - but when we checked in they put us in a downgraded room without telling us. On seeing the room I went and questioned them about this & they insisted the rooms are all the same although their website advertises a suite as 20 sq/m bigger. We had booked two rooms (for us & those we were travelling with) & asked for adjoining rooms via email which they had confirmed- but there were 2 floor between us
