Location is very good so close to Patong Beach, street is quit no much noise but also close to night life by walking distance, room as nice and modern, This hotel ask you for more money if you invite some one to your room even you have double room reservation, I don’t like this way of just collecting money |

Close to beach, close to most things in Aspery. Quiet, has internet. Internet was slightly unreliable, safe didn't work when we got there. |

Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the waitress in the restaurant. When I was waiting for the minibus I booked to the airport, the bus didn't show up after 20 mins past the scheduled time. She noticed and came out to offer to call the travel agent for me. They communicated in Thai and she finally told me the travel agent made a mistake to take my flight time as the meeting time! My room was facing a construction site and there's no view at all and I had to keep the curtain on all the time. |

The breakfast menus were good. The location was also the plus because it's far from the noise of Patong. The noise inside the hotel. |

The room maid from Lao:the rest of the staff could learn a few lessons fron her. The staff:probably the worst,the most unkind I have ever "suffer" in Thailand. |

Walking distance to beach. Room is clean, completely different from lobby. Includes DVD player. Superior Room includes sofa & room size is spacious than other hotels. Has a small balcony. Free wireless in rooms & there is also a computer room where there are 6 pc to surft internet freely. No connecting rooms available. No scenery from the balcony as it overlook opposite hotel's room clearly. Hotel lobby small. |

the staff were on top of all your request ,very helfull in all ways 9 out of 10 one thing that a hotel was being build next door with noise during the day and when you open your sliding doors to the balcony you are greeted by your niebours 10 meters away . but overall great .. |

Nothing,the breakfast was cold ,shower did not work correctly,no hot water for bath or shower,pool was on roof with a new hotel being built next door so no privicy,bed extreamly hard,and you could not open curtiains because people could look into your room |

We booked Aspery firstly its rate is within our budget. We also based on reveiw and feedback we read in the independent websites. When our taxi first approached the hotel, we were a bit skeptical as it's smaller than we would wished. But at the end of our 5 days stay, we think that's the best choice that we'd done. The hotel is very nicely located. Just short walk to the beach front. Though small, it gives a homely feel. Breakfast does not have much variety, but for me, it is already wonderful to get the us filled. The swimming pool is small for a swim. But come to think of that, the sea is so accessible, and our days are filled with activities, we hardly need to use the facilities after all. All in, we have great stay in Aspery. |

the room was very nice. location was good as it was close enough to the main parts of Patong but far enough to have a quiet environment. during arrival i did not get the double bed as requested but instead got a two bed room. Had to upgrade to get the double bed room. |

The location is very convenient. Room is clean n toilet is in good condition. The hotel still replenish new hot food even at 9:30, when it is suppose to end at 10am. Thumbs up for that especially for those who cant wake up early to eat. There were no signage to lead us to the hotel, even locals do not know there is such hotel name. |

Great location close to the beach. Staff service was good & restaurant okay for breakfast. Free internet access was very helpful along with the tour operator located in the hotel. The swimming pool was closed throughout and a new hotel was being built next door opposite our balcony. This was noisy during the day and early in the morning and meant that the view was appauling. |

Cleaning was good,staff was friendly.It was far enough away from the whole party scene witch was good,because I was travelling with my three year old daughter. It was construction going right outside our window witch was a bit annoying.It was from early in the morning to late at night,but that was the reason for the good price,so I guess it was all ok when it all came down to what we got for the price we paid. |

clean hotel, love it when cleaning staffs went the extra mile to help arrange my very messy table/toilet/shoes. Though found cockroaches, maybe due to the fact that I stayed at lvl 1. Staffs was friendly but not really helpful. Didnt mention about room service, had to go down and approach them in the middle of the night. Didn't mentioned poolside was having some renovations, kind of awkward to have people staring at you while you swim. |

I ve been there on few occasions during the last 12 months, occupancy rate looks high that is a good sign, however i noticed that maintenance and cleanliness are on the downside, Beware not to get sloppy. I informed hotel of some sticky chewing gums left behind the elevator's hand rail. Another day a tray with food leftovers remained on the floor outside a room quite a few hours leaving a bad smell in the hallway. As for the pool, need some additional sun umbrellas and towels have to be changed for new ones. |

The Aspery Hotel was a modern, newly built well thought and organised hotel. The rooms were modern, tidy, and practical. Our room had a good sized wardrobe, safe, mini bar, televison ( international channels) and dvd's. Complementary bottled water is given to all guests on a daily basis. The wifi was extremely fast, however you do need to log in on a daily basis with new passwords, but you can stock up of these as opposed to walking to reception everyday. Alongside this if you need a computer there are 6 new pc's in the pc room. Another major plus for the Patong area was that if you needed to bring a guest back, unlike other hotels there is no charge, they just want to see the ID of the person. The only downside was having one room card per room, which can be annoying, but you work round it, it was a small inconvenience. Also as the hotel is fairly new, many people such as taxis etc do not know of your hotel, and the thai's can not say 'aspery', so in the end we said we were staying at Club Andaman which is across the road , just for ease and convenience. |
