Everything about the hotel except the shower facilities

Shower facilities . Poor water pressure and lack of hot water

Good location and a little bit changes of menu on breakfast. The lady named Nicky at the tour desk in Lobbey was very kind and help us all the problems.

It is the 4 star hotel but poor bathroom facilities, I don't like their recycling slippers even it was for eco-friendly. I hit my thighs at the corner of bed in deluxe-room so many times and was bruised a lot.

Loved this hotel. Very nicely run Thai hotel. Well decorated with a very Thai fell. Great location, refreshing pool. THe staff was great...they made us feel very taken care of, supported. Breakfast was great. Seems like staff really take pride in providing a great stay in every aspect. Will certainly stay here next time I am in Chiang Mai. Oh, and be sure to get some mango / sticky rice from the vendor in front of the hotel. Best I had in all of Thailland.

Bit noisy. I was woken up by other guests or staff shouting as they passed my door. Out of 60+ TV programmes only 4 were in English

From the moment we arrived, the service extended to us was excellent. The staff at the front desk spoke good English and while the others did not speak much English, they were very courteous and friendly. The buffet breakfast, while simple, was good. Effort was made to offer a different variety every day. I hope they will maintain the quality of service and facilities.

We ate in the hotel restaurant every night during our stay and while the food was tasty, it was salty. At every meal.

Very nice hotel for families. Family suite is very large. Reasonably close to main market.

Breakfast staff cannot understand a single word of English. It becomes very difficult as we are vegetarian. It was almost impossible to find out if a particular dish had any meat or not.

The design of the hotel is very good...very Thai Style... The Inner deco is also excellent

The dinning room for breakfast is a little small & it has unpleasant blench smell...maybe it's becoz it's near the pool

The shower was leaking. Staff were informed. A person was sent to repair it. But could not fix the leaking. The water was leaking till net day. The quality of the hotel equipment is very poor.

Stayed there for the second time and everything was fine. Staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Anytime again!

This new hotel is in the fantastic location of the old city. Staff are very friendly & helpful, room and bathroom facilities are modern and clean, pool & grounds well maintained. Nicky the onsite booking officer is fantastic at arranging and planning all activities. Two thumbs up for this very new hotel :)

although very friendly the restaurant staff have very basic english knowledge so was a bit frustrating at times to order food or drink.

Noise of the traffic. Because it is located on the main road of old town.

Breakfast not up to scratch. No free shuttle to airport and taxi service is non existent . Forced to catch Tuk Tuk to airport. The hotel is over priced compared to other hotels in the area. Will not stay there next time because of room rate.

Todo muy bueno, la atencion fue excelente. Las habitaciones son hermosas. Todo muy limpio y ordenado.

Breakfast (desayuno) muy pobre. El agua de la piscina es muy fria.

The staff was professional and courteous at all times. The location was excellent due to its proximity to restaurants, bars, and museums.

The smell in my room 404, and my business partner's room 403 was hideous. The smell of sewage seemed to linger from about 7PM to about 9AM everyday. Although the staff did try to have me moved to another room, the two options were another smelly room, or a really loud room next to the road.

Hotel was super! Nieuw, mooi ingericht (beetje kitsch), lekker zwembad, top ligging. Het was nog niet helemaal af, maar dat zal nog komen (prijs zal dan ook toenemen).

Very new hotel, everything was as it should be. Good breakfast buffet. Waterpressure and in the shower very good and hot water is hot ;-)

We had to pay cash for the stay as the hotel did not accept credit cards ! ? Room without terasse

Localização perfeita, a alguns passos de ótimos restaurantes, lojas. Os quartos também são ótimos.Com certeza ficaria lá novamente em uma nova viagem a Chang Mai.

位置的确很好，周日夜市、按摩都很方便，门口的芒果糯米饭很好吃，连吃了两天，40B，比曼谷的便宜。
