At Home At Chiang Mai    

The smiling owner, the location, the room... everything is just perfect. I will stay at the GH next time when I come back to Chiangmai.

Great location for the old city area of Chiang Mai. Rooms were clean and great aircon!

Street facing rooms are a bit noisy at night due to nearby bars and traffic. Hotel doesn't offer laundry service and nearby services not trustworthy (items were missing when we received our laundry back).

Clean, friendly, helpful staff, great location, and cheap. great rooms.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The large room was comfortable and clean. The location in the old city was great - walking distance to many restaurants, temples and the night market. I would most certainly stay here again :)

There was a bit of noise from the street at night, but not so much to keep me awake. A few minor improvements to the room would make this place perfect - a hair dryer and a kettle would be fantastic additions.

We had a great time while staying there. We are really grateful for everything Ms.oak has done for us.

next time we will bring our own soap.

We loved it.The place was wonderful,right in the middle of the city,near tha pae gate,awesome spot,very convenient. The landlady Ms.oak was really nice and helpful, she makes the best ice tea in Chiang Mai, and lucky for us, since we stayed at her guesthouse, we got Ice tea and coffee for free(two cups per day per room).

there was no soap in the room,we had to buy one by ourselves. And the superior double room has 3 windows facing the street so it was not as quiet as we wish it to be.

Everything is perfect, the best hotel I've lived in chiang mai.

The room is big. It is near the Sunday walking walking street.

Crews are very friendly and room is also comfortable. Landlord could kindly answer any question and gave great suggestions.

It's on the side of main road so the traffic noises are very loud. But we had incredible good sleeps during our 3 nights there. Maybe it's because the room is just great and we are truely enjoying the trip.

This guest house is along the street, so that it's convienent to reach. The room is clean and toliet requisites is provided. What they support is deserved the price that they charge.

Nearby bars, it's noisy even in the midnight.

The rooms are very nicely decorated, very comfortable and extremely clean. The staff is very friendly. They serve great coffee in the morning and there are man options around for dinner and breakfast.

The location is good - close to all sights but It is a bit noisy in the night as it is close to the bars. But I guess this is the case in most guesthouses in the old city.

The hotel was in a really good location, amongst the walls of the old city of Chiang Mai. It is near Thapea Gate, and from this hotel you can get to diffeent night food stalls and also markets. The price was excellent for how nice the room was and the staff were really helpful for the whole of how stay there.

Beautifully maintained hotel immediately off the main road.  The hotel is quite small with only 6 rooms, and is connected to the dental clinic (brother is a dentist, sister is the hotel manager).  So it is important to book early, since this is the best hotel we stayed in Thailand. Rooms were immaculately clean with free water and toiletries.  Free in room wifi was the strongest that we experienced in all of Thailand.  We easily streamed YouTube here.   Bottom line:   If available, this will be the hotel I book when I return to this wonderful city.

I liked everything.

Excellent hotel/guest house. Completely new rooms, spacious with big bathroom. Tv, air condition, free Wifi... No breakfast but you get a free coffee every morning which is really delicious! No complaints at all.

The people there are so nice, they were waiting for me at the door when my train was late for 2 hours, and show me the details of how to get to my next hotel.

It is a new small guesthouse by the road side, but it is a bit noisy in the dawn. The price is reasonable. The room is clean, comfortable and a big room. It provides a set of toothbrush and toothpaste. The staff is helpful. It is within walking distance to night bazaar, temples, Tha Pae gate and shops.
