Had awesome stays here. like the interior design. facilities r new n comfy. convenient transportation, hualampong railway station, mtr r within 10mins walk. staff is warm hearted n nice. delicious food stores r available just nearby. would like to stay here again when visit BKK next time.
Everything is fine.
Located at hidden street but luckily have direction signage.
Near to trainstation, modern and quiet, good for short stop when you go further by train (e.g. To Don mueang airport for 5 baht!)
It was only a couple of minutes from the train station, where we were taking the night train. The staff was very helpful. The location is hidden and not a place where you would stay for more than a day or 2. But everything was more than ok.
Comfortable bed; close to train station; 24h reception
Very difficult to find ; late arrival (4am) and very minimum service on arrival ; towels instead of bed linen
Staff was very nice! And very patient to answer my question!
its quite far..
Staff amazing. Highly recommended.
Location is really bad, it takes a long time to find the hotel as its hidden in a bunch of small no ending streets. No breakfast included. Wifi signal really poor. Staff hardly speak english. No information about the city.
We didn't find the hotel very well but than it was realy good, clean and confortable
Very kind lady owner, sweet and thoughtful, and helpful. We already checked out, but when she knew we would visit the palace and came back to take the train, she even kept our room for shower! Location is good, for China town, railway station. Also very enthusiastic staff.
Not much given by the price. The hotel up is in a lane, maybe not very easy to find first, but once we know it there is nothing bad.
The room was nice and clean
the sheets were a little bit strange (it felt like towls) so I slept under my sleeping bag
3 minutes walking from the train station, silent during the night, A/C & bathroom ok, clean. Perfect for our needs.
A little bit hard to find (it's in a small alley), show the address written in Thai to toc-tuc driver. For us no problem, we stayed here before...
Great staff, allowed us to stay in the room long past check out before our evening flight.
Location wasn't ideal.
One of the cheapest decent hotel in Bangkok. Room was clean.
way back to hotel was always dreadful. Located at back alley. Entrance of the alley was filled with rubbish every night, hold your breath. :)
Good location - 5 minutes to Hua Lamphong Railway Station, Clean, modern room, Comfortable bed, WiFi worked great.
Disorganised staff, No one spoke English.
Modern, fresh, clean
Staff not always around. Came back one day to find people sitting on our bed having a chat. We had to go and come back when they were finished. Breakfast wasn't up to much. No choice. Hot dog sausage and fried egg. No tuk tuk driver or taxi would take us there from train station. Not a problem if you knew where it was but address wrong on booking.com. Situated down an alley the top of which was a rubbish dump. I wouldn't stay there again.
For the price you have nearly all you could need, clean rooms, air-con, hot (HOT) showers) helpful, knowledgeable staff, good location for Hualomphong metro-gateway to BKK! all in all a great little hotel loved it))
Doesnt have a room safe and safety deposit wasnt available, but the general building security was great so not a huge issue)
The cheap price
It was very noisey. There was no blanket in the bedroom. There was no power outlets in the room.
Nice large room. Quiet despite its location. Close to the train station and river.
Nothing to do in the area, smell of waste water in the room/shower room. Staff not really smiling
Near Hualampong station
A little bit difficult to find the hostel.
It was very reasonably priced and only two minutes from the train station.
No one spoke english. It is located in an alley and would have been very difficult to find without the services of a cab driver.
We stayed for 4 days, and they only cleaned our room and replaced our towels once after I asked them. The staff does not speak any English and the location is only good if you need to be near the train station. Our room was small and consisted of 2 mattresses on the floor and large towels as blankets. They also advertised having cable and 5 english channels when they actually only had one and it was a gospel channel. I would look elsewhere.
Simple modern room, good for a one night stay, near the trains.
I liked the location, the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.
The staff was not very friendly, the water in the shower was either very hot or very cold, the breakfast was very expensive for what it was and the staff was loud early in the morning which echoed up from the stairwell and into our room.
Modern, spacious rooms; warm light and hip design; working fridge (and free water); even a small balcony; near to Hua Lamphong station; WiFi worked great
dirty bedsheets; service was not really useful and did not really speak any English; TV did not work (we didn't really care, however); located in a dark area of the town
