The Spa facilities were not available, the beach was poor, the internet rarely functioned and the hotel was very isolated. While the bungalow was smart the bathroom was dated with a leaking roof. The staff did nothing to make you feel welcome, offer hotel services or give advise for the locality. Generally disappointed.

Looks very nice, service is ok, bungalows are spacious and quite comfortable. Except for the beach the hotel does look as it is presented on their website.

The beach is really rocky and because of that it is almost impossible swim in the sea. It is also quite dirty although the hotel itself is very clean. The location of the hotel: it is 10-15 minutes on foot to the closest village - Chaoeng Mon where you could go shopping and go to the beach. The hotel provides free transportation to the main cities/villages in Samui but it is available only in the afternoon and evening and only sometimes upon request in the morning. If you do not need the beach in your hotel but just a romantic and good quality place for rest it is a good choice. If you are looking for some fun in the evenings (bars, discos) - forget it.

some more attraction is needed , maybe live music at nights. hotel is very silence you can begin to bore after 3 days

Καλή η βαθεία θάλασσα στην παραλία που είναι δεξιά από το Ξενοδοχείο. Πολύ όμορφη εγκατάσταση, πολύ αρμονικά δεμένη με το περιβάλλον.

Χρειάζεται βελτίωση η το παρεχόμενο φαγητό απο το εστιατόριο. Για παράδειγμα η πίτσα έιναι κατεψυγμένη και όχι καλή, και η μερίδα στη μακαρονάδα είναι για γέλια...ελάχιστη.
