Staff was very helpful.

Rooms are very "used". Except rooms on 19th floor up. Internet Access is slow and expensive.

Clean, Good pool setting. Good vfm room size. Very helpful staff with one exception.

One receptional was less than helpful, with the result that I was supplied with a piece of paper for the wifi connection with three lines of text and no explanation. As it turned out, the two correct codes, whichever they were, only worked in reception - not in my room. Thus I was overcharged by 23 hours. No apology or refund when I pointed this out on checkout.

The pool The reception people but, they need the authority to honer Internet promotions or to upgrade for mistakes. I informed them of the food poisoning and the room numbers of others affected, whether it went any further than them I don't know.

I and many others I spoke to suffered food poisoning when we ate spaghetti bolenase Although I ordered the above meal with Beef, I was presented with, chicken and shrimp. The cook made a decision on what I was to be served without informing me that there was no beef. More seating in the pool area could be investigated. A brighter, "7/11" type of shop. The WiFi really wasn't very good in the room. I had to go to the lobby. A tv guide would be appreciated E.g channel 2 bbc, Channel 4 Thai tv 9 When I went to the checkin re an in house promotion on the Internet for the room at 960 Baht I was just informed it was a mistake! By their promotional / marketing staff So I looked up another Internet site Bookings.com and got the room for 950 Baht. A massive amount of fried eggs were per cooked, it would be better for a customer to order the eggs and for them to be cooked on the spot. All the rooms should have a flat screen tv and bathrooms should have a wider selection of soaps etc. I stayed in two rooms for the two nights

Relatively clean, have swimming pool, gym center, a big shopping mall is not far. Receptionist is friendly.

not close to the city center, not convenient for sight seeing and shopping in night fair. Facilities in the room is relatively old. Not many TV channels to select. WIFI is not free of charge.

Nice Deluxe room. Hotel only 30 min. From airport. Good Spa and good food in restaurant.

Miss a small table by the nice chair. No place to put my coffee cup.

ik heb geboekt met ontbijt en bij onze aankomst heb ik medegedeeld dat mijn vriendin af en toe moest werken toen werd er gezegd dat ze het ontbijt in de coffeeshop kon nemen haar eerste werkdag kreeg ze enkel een bon voor gratis koffie en toen ik een paar uur later wilde ontbijten kreeg ik te horen dat wij ons ontbijt al hebben gehad na een lang gesprek kreeg ik dan toch ontbijt maar hebben wij dan beslist dat de dagen dat mijn vriendin moest werken haar ontbijt zullen kopen in de supermarkt en ze het ontbijt in de kamer kon nuttigen om zo niet altijd de problemen te hebben

以前宿泊したときは、本館の部屋で良かったが、今回は、別館の部屋で、狭く、満室でないのに二階部屋で窓も- 高窓しかなく景色も見えない。 朝食も料理がなくなっても補充されない。 二度と利用したくない。

Hat alles bestens gepasst.

Fuer die 1. Nacht hatte ich nicht das Zimmer bekommen, was ich bestellt hatte, wie Lage zum Swimmingpool,Kingsizebed, da ich aber spaet dort an kam war es mir erst mal egal, einfach nur muede, fuer die 2. Nacht bekam ich dann, auf Nachfragen, ohne Probleme meinen Wunsch erfuellt. Fruehstuecksbuefet war gut.

Högt ljud från AC. Stenhårda sängar. Svag engelska hos flera av receptionspersonalen. Usel frukostmat! Endast thaimat!

It a good hotel if you book modern room

No shops around the hotel. you need to take motortaxi or taxi to go to the shopping mall if you need anything

Other than being relatively close to the airport, it has nothing going for it location wise. The hotel isn;t really convienent for shopping or anything else. The restaurant is over-priced. The hotel is popular with groups of Asian tourists and the breakfast buffet is geared toward Asian food. Very little western fare. I've stayed there three times and on each occasion, I've had a har time getting my eggs to order (scrambled). I won't be staying there again.

The hotel is near airport and from there its easy to go to the highway if you are going to continue your trip to east or south. Its really cheap

The surroundings and room weren't actually the same as in the pictures. The balcony was very small.

Spa was good.rooms were ok and good size.

Airport shuttle was advertised.they dont have one.local taxis only.the airport was 25 mins away with no traffic.wasnt happy about that.having to pay for internet isnt good these days either.was down the end of a long lane and couldnt walk anywhere..

Die Bilder für dieses Hotel und der Zimmer sind wohl vor gefühlten 30 Jahren entstanden und stimmen mit der Wirklichkeit in keinster Weise überein. Zimmer und Hotel sind in keinem guten Zustand. Auch gibt es keine nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zwar wäre der niedrige Preis ein Argument, aber das es auch viel besser geht beweist zum Beispiel das Malaysia Hotel, nicht weit von der Deutschen Botschaft gelegen, wo zu kleinen Preisen die Leistung , Hotel und Umgebung, in allen Punkten einfach stimmig ist.

A breakfast was good, felt a little bit , better taste , than 4 month ago.
