Avantika Boutique Hotel  

The staff went above and beyond to make the stay an enjoyable and very memorable experience! From their warm welcome at check in to their final greeting and arrangements for airport departure they were hands down the best I have ever experienced!

Nothing bad to say at all except for the walls were a little thin when neighbors were next door (easy to hear).

Beautiful hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was huge. The rooms were immaculately clean. The pool was crystal clean and a lovely quiet place to relax away from the hustle and bustle or awful Patong.

Patong - a dirty, smelly brothel. This hotel was all that saved our stay there. Please go elsewhere so Patong is forced to improve itself! The only downside of the hotel was the limited/very basic breakfast and relatively expensive restaurant which I never saw a single person eat at.

Good location- excellent staff - friendly & welcoming - Try the restaurant . I was quite surprised by the excellent quality of the food , the way it was presented as well as the pace by which the plates were presented . The service was outstanding as well.

Great location- just a 2 minute walk to bars, restaurants, markets. Directly across from beach - great view (particularly of new years eve fireworks). Friendly staff and delicious fresh daily breakfast. The bed was massive!

Friendly and helpful staff, we was free updaded to the room with sea view, (may be because of renovation in the lower floor), clean room with good design. Breakfast nice. King size Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is big with all necessary facilities. Pool is small, but nice. Beach is just across the road, but noisy tourist centre of Patong about 10 min by walk. Nearby is some good places for eating and Seven - Eleven .

Free wi-fi didn't work, but they provided me with wire. Very noisy in the pool area early morning and late evening, after chinese people arrived hotel , but staff solved it after my request. They wanted to charge me for all sum on arrival, but after discussion with manager we agreed deposit for one night only.

Hotel room is comfortable. Nice deco and ambience. Free wi-fi which is excellent.

Pool is not very well maintained.

Attention to detail eg top up of shower gel coffee creamer etc. in room. If we had been paying the full (listed) price we would have expected more. For the price we paid we were very happy.

I am afraid to say that the only good thing about this hotel was the location on the beach. the breakfast was also ok.

This hotel was a big let down. i am not sure where boutique status comes from?? also when we checked in to our delux sea view room there was no sea view, just a building in front of window. also i got the impression that prostitutes visit regularly! balcony was 1 meter sq and a waste of money!

The view from my room was amazing! Very friendly staff, good breakfast, clean. I will be there again!

I liked everything!

The location - near to beach, shopping and walking distance to city activities as well. Very peacefull and charming. Small - but extremely nice.

Great Location..quiet but accessible. Excellent staff. Attractive rooms. and overall design of Hotel.

The red meat in one of the food dishes...tough..probably local not imported.
