Good hotel with friendly staff. Good big clean room. Breakfast should have some extra choice for the european costumers.

Staff are very friendly and helpful both security, bell boy, reception, maid and restaurant staff. Washlet hose in toilet is out of order. Unfortunately our room no. 318 and 319 are above the restaurant , so we can hear the noise of the song or karaoke and chair moving scratch with ground all night till the restaurant is closed and we are awaken with this sound again when breakfast is served at six o'clock in the morning. This is my terrible holiday !! However except from the loud noise everything such as room condition, breakfast and staff service are quite good.

The Ayara is well appointed clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. My room included a large tv, free internetnaccess, a refrigerator with beer and other beverages. There were bathrobes and slippers. Would guess that the hotel is in the luxury category for Phitsanulok, though I have not stayed in any other Phitsanulok hotels. The complimentry breakfast choices were quite satisfactory. I chose the hotel based on Information provided on the Internet as well as the location near Praongdam Road where I lived and worked for two years more than forty years ago. My former house and the Malaria Eradication office are long gone, the total neighborhood replaced by a growing, thriving city. I would certainly stay at the Ayara again. The room provided excellent lighting, except for the light over the bathroom sink.

Wir haben das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung von Alt-Sukhothai ausgewält. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und berücksicht den asiatischen wie den europäischen Geschmack. Der Bahnhof und Busbahnhof befinden sich in günstiger Entfernung. Der Nachtmarkt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant mit sehr guter asiatischer Küche.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, il y a même des peignoirs et des chaussons. Nous sommes arrivés à 7h et la chambre nous a été attribuée immédiatement sans supplément. Le personnel s'est plié en 4 pour répondre à nos questions. Le petit déjeuner est conséquent pour ceux qui n'ont pas peur de manger du riz et des préparations pimentées. Sans hésiter le meilleur hôtel dans lequel nous avons séjourné pendant notre séjour en Thailande. Le personnel ne parlait pas anglais mis à part la gérante mais il était très difficile de se faire comprendre.

Chambres "design" originales, vastes et amusantes dans une ville par ailleurs un peu "terne".... Le concierge de l'hôtel d'une réelle malhonnêteté ! Nous lui avons demandé le tarif d'un taxi pour Sukhotai (50 kms) et le prix qu'il nous a annoncé (1700 baht) était plus du double de celui que nous avons finalement payé (800 baht) en demandant directement à un chauffeur de taxi. A savoir si vous séjournez à l'hotel...

Chambre bien décorée et personnel accueillant Grand etablissement, impersonnel et froid. La salle du petit déjeuner ressemble à une cantine, avec des télévisions allumées en permanence aux quatre coins. Les pantoufles mises à disposition dans la chambre avaient l air d avoir été portées et non lavées.

Komfortable Zimmer im schönen Design Phitsanoluk ist weniger ein Ort für Individualtouristen. Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Für einige Tage ein komfortables Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage.

It is new hotel with the excellent service. The room is stylish and clean. The bed is comfortable. I like the shower which the hot and cold water run smooth same to 5 stars hotel. The free wifi at the room is fast speed. The safe box is too small, cannot keep the laptop to the safe box. It is only the small thing when compared with the other facilities which are called excellent.
