The hotel is really nice and if you would like to be alone it's perfect. Staff was great and always friendly. Room was clean and tidy every day, breakfast with different option.

Location is actually quite far from everything, so or you rent a motorbike or every round trip to Kamala beach is 300 bath......or 1h walking up to the hill ;)

Gym is not well equipped Location is not so good if u are not driving, even I was driving during the trip, I realized the hotel was located at the end. There is no through route to the main road. You have to drive all the way back from where u come in. It's quite a hassle. Couldn't check in when I arrived at 2pm. Went for lunch and spa in the hotel. Did a 2 hour spa for 2 pax that costs me around thb4900. Kinda expensive. Could have gotten same treatments elsewhere in Phuket with much lower price.

We had very nice stay with super ocean view. Hotel service is quite good, especially hotel manager has very good service sense. I lost my pajamas at hotel, and they helped me to post back. They provided me the remove wifi while I complaint the wifi signal in room is not good.

The water in swimming pool is not very clean. One day we wanted to hotel private beach, I just don't understand why the hotel staff gave us the wrong direction.

the place is wonderful, and the room are huge.food and cocktails don't cost that much even if you are in a resort.

the staff is very rude and not everyone speaks english which unbelievable in a 4 stars hotel.they set a free bus shuttle which brings you to kamala beach twice a day...the problem is that they always "forget" to come to pick you up and you have to pay 300 bath for a taxi to come back. they tidy up your room very late in the afternoon and even if you call the reception to ask them to do it,it takes ages to see someone ready to clean the room. Furthermore breakfast is crazy expensive and we couldn't see why.it's a regular breakfast,nothing special,so we recommend to stay there without it.

Hotel is new with the amazing view from the hill to the Kamala beach. It's surrounded by jungles, but mosquitos do not bother at all. Very quite and relaxing.

A little far from the beach. A lot of ups and downs of the roads at the hotel territory. Not advisable for family with young children, as it might dangerous.

Nice hotel, very nice clean big room (deluxe sea view) with balcony, flowers everywhere, quite good breakfast, free transfer to Kamala village twice a day, free dvd disks with movies available on the reception, private hotel beach (though very rocky) with some free water sports equipment.

Very distant from any infrastructure, free transfer to Kamala only twice a day (otherwise you have to pay 150 tb for transfer with buggy) and hence high restaurant, spa and room service prices in the hotel. Deluxe sea view room had rather poor sea visibility. Sometimes we heard water gurgling in the room as it was situated right under swimming pool. Rather noisy air conditioning system which blows air directly on the bed. At the breakfast buffet there were no eggs and we were never offered to have eggs or omelet and had to demand. There were some construction works and we could hear nosies. Many hills and stairs and huge rocks on the hotel private beach can be quite a big problem for senior people.

Amazing location, loved the room with pool acces. A very relaxing place to stay, far from the frenzy of patong.

I am usually not saying things when it's not great but this hotel I am going to say something. Staff doesn't have any idea what means the word "service". At 7am you can hear all the chat of the staff before starting to work. Next to your window, like if they were in your room. The cheap arrangements, (grass is synthetic) . Restaurant with terrible food. Staff waiting always and almost asking for a tip.

In general, we did not enjoyed our stay in this hotel. In reality, the hotel confirm that they are 4 stars hotel, the hotel did not have 5 star as it is posted in booking.com. The service level was lower than poor, the hotel environment and conditions was terrible - everything was dirty. The staff didn't pay any attention to hotel environment cleanness. Probably, the hotel manager did not has sense how everything should look in the hotel. I did not recommend you this hotel, probably you vacation will start with bad mood and sense. Only one good thing in this hotel is well equipped rooms, but with this all good thing finishes. Also, it is very far away from city life and restaurants.

the fact that not many people stay at the resort around the pool at the any one time while we were there and that the pool area and what a view from the pool area i must say but there is no really great looking bar like the one at Cape Sienna hotel this must be attended to i feel

Everything was amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable, food was good, location is great and the hotel provides free shuttle services to the city.

I hope that the Wi-Fi problem they had is fixed.

Magnificient views. The best staff whitch we ever met in hotel, delicious restaurant; great and really big room, in this hotel you can feel like a king. In this hotel you feel like you are only one guest and all staff it's for your pleasure.

The most amazing room i have ever stayed in whilst traveling!! Set up on the mountains its just beautifull! More of a honey moon or romantic hotel but my friend and i enjoyed lapping up the luxury! Make sure u order the fish a chips for room service never tasted better!

The hotel and spa are very good but the staff are the real jewel, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble to them. The manager, Anan, was especially kind and was on hand to offer help and advice at all times, even giving us his mobile number and personally taking us on a (free!) trip to see Big Buddha and temples. He turned into a good friend by the end of our stay, and someone I am sure we will keep in touch with. Cannot understand previous comments about unhelpful staff ... I can only assume there was a misunderstanding because I cant imagine a more professional but friendly and caring team and in answer to a previous post I do not work for the hotel and you can message me privately to confirm this. Thank you Anan and all your staff for a wonderful break.

When we visited (August 2012) they were implementing improvements to Spa and Restaurant so there was a bit of inconvenience but it has to be done sometime I guess to maintain the resort. However, they more than made up for this with special offers and really just by being themselves, wonderful warm people. I found the resort tastefully laid out in traditional thai style, not a big high rise but low level villas with several pools in the main areas and many private pools. Location is a little out of the main area and Kamala beach but only minutes in the free hotel shuttle. The hotel staff will also pick you up 24/7 outside of the free shuttle ride times for a nominal fee. They came and picked us up at 2.30 in the morning from a bar in Kamala and were all smiles! What more could you want?!

景色优美，植被茂盛~~下午定的半日游带领我们的司机wan 特别热心服务很周到，只是因为没有零票只给了50B小费，让我一直感到懊悔。

位置太高，出入不方便，自己走到卡马拉海边要累死~还好每天两班下山的突突车，酒店还算人性化。

非常好的住宿体验。所有的一切都很让人满意。无边泳池非常漂亮，正对大海。餐厅的食物也很美味，价格合适。- 酒店内SPA也非常不错。一切让人满意，让人难忘的酒店。一定还会再来。

酒店离沙滩较远，每天两班shuttle bus 。离芭东较远，酒店安排车要700B，交通稍显不便。其他都很完美。

依山興建，景色優美寧靜，在私人泳池中望著日落景色，十分浪漫。私人沙灘面積十分細小，但有很多小蟹、小魚- 和海膽，尚算不錯。員工主動友善，早餐不俗。

價錢較貴，遠離市中心。
