Swimming pool, location and service was excellent

Breaksfast was awful, no orange juice and they said it ran out, three days later still not orange juice. Sometimes fresh coffee, others instant coffee and sometimes bacon others no bacon .... no worth it. room was full of mosquitos, the net is pointless as they enter from the top which is open. it's a nice place and service, but things could be improved for better experience.

We needed a location near Chiang Mai University as we were visiting our daughter, who was an exchange student there. This resort was very well located for our needs, quiet, beautiful pool area, clean, helpful staff. Well appointed rooms, free water, pool bar, etc. The side street it is on has a variety of houses and apartments, some in disrepair, but the resort is a pretty oasis at the top of the street. We had no issues getting either a tuk tuk to take us right back to our door, or a songthew (sp?) to the bottom of our soi. Would definitely recommend it. A wonderful value - we are still in disbelief at the low cost of a 7 night stay!

Nothing the hotel can do, but the wi-fi in the rooms is erratic, and doesn't always work. Better in the lobby, and sometimes in the pool area, but it can be frustrating if you are in the middle of something and lose the connection. However, virtually every restaurant has free wi-fi and we had no issues keeping up that way.

Good facilities -Friendly smiley and helpful staff -Fast service -Reasonable price inc.variety of breakfast due to value due via booking.com -Quiet and good for relaxing -Large pool

-Quite far from the main road (10 minutes walking) and from city but not our problem b'cos we have a car but the parking lot looks unsafe no fence no staff there -There are small insects in the pool look yakky (but cleaned every morning) we understand it's the outdoor pool with many trees surrounding - Bad smell on towel some days some pieces - Mattress at pool area are dirty with bird poo stains. Can't lay down - Wi-fi is bad after midnight

Nice staff. The place is like a (fake) forest hotel, which was great. Mixed nice the comfort with the natural theme.

The resort is an absolute delight to spend time in. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. I think they loved and enjoyed with their job. I love this place, love ching mai.

We were relax and happy in the hotel till the chinese people came to stay in this hotel. It was very noise and also the hotel should not allow the guest to swim after 9 pm as other people they would like to sleep but for this case some guest still swim till mid-night.

I was a little concerned driving up the narrow street off the main road... However, as soon as I walked in the entrance my dears disappeared and I was amazed by the natural scenic layout of Ayatana. The staff were amazing! The resort is an absolute delight to spend time in. It's one of those places you'd be happy to sit by the pool on the wooden deck, surrounded by plants and Thai huts and read a book or have a few drinks. I can highly recommend this resort!

Nothing, it was awesome. I even liked that it was a little away from the main centre. So cheap to catch a tuk tuk anywhere
