Nothing the hotel can do, but the wi-fi in the rooms is erratic, and doesn't always work. Better in the lobby, and sometimes in the pool area, but it can be frustrating if you are in the middle of something and lose the connection. However, virtually every restaurant has free wi-fi and we had no issues keeping up that way.
We needed a location near Chiang Mai University as we were visiting our daughter, who was an exchange student there. This resort was very well located for our needs, quiet, beautiful pool area, clean, helpful staff. Well appointed rooms, free water, pool bar, etc. The side street it is on has a variety of houses and apartments, some in disrepair, but the resort is a pretty oasis at the top of the street. We had no issues getting either a tuk tuk to take us right back to our door, or a songthew (sp?) to the bottom of our soi. Would definitely recommend it. A wonderful value - we are still in disbelief at the low cost of a 7 night stay!
