The hotel is situated in front of a beautiful beach (it is the most beautiful part in Chaweng, far away from noisy beach bars and too many people).The spa is very nice and its staff very professional. The entrance side to the rooms is not very nice (building on the left from reception). There are works in progress opposite the building and you don't have a nice view leaving or entering the room. |

The hotel location is perfect as it is in the north of Chaeweng beach a short walk to All bars and restaurants.It is luxurious and surrounded by fantastic tropical gardens, of course the infinity pool is sensational. |

The design of the hotel is very nice,it s directly on the beach, just in front you have an island, that you can reach using the kayak provided by the hotel.The period of the tide is very fascinating. Chaweng beach is a long strectch, the hotel is at its begining. The staff is very slow to react to the customer s demand, and there is the problem of communication |

the staff was so friendly..I never in my life saw such an attitude to the guest in a hotel. The Italian restaurant and its chef are wonderful! the territory. it's very small. the hotel is good for couples without children who prefer to lie in the sun half of the day and spend the rest of time in the town.the hotel doesn't have it's own beach - no one meter of sand, just pool overlooking the ocean. it's very nice, nut still I did not expect it.. |

Rien de très particulié mise à part la chambre qui etait correcte...Tous le reste etait d'une médiocrité incomparable. La piscine était fermée pour cause de rénovation et aucun geste commerciale n'a été proposé...et quand nous quittons l'hotel, une employée propose le service privé d'un taxi 10 fois plus cher que la normale...dépotoire à 100m de l'hotel... |

Ottima posizione per rilassarsi, lontano dal rumore del centro. L'ideale è affittare un motorino x muoversi. Piscina stupenda. Spiaggia da sogno, camere deluxe stupende, con vasca idromassaggio e lettone a baldacchino! Spa eccezzionale! Ristorante buono ma caro (rispetto agli altri). Qualche insetto e/o geko in camera può capitare (I geki fanno un verso molto rumoroso). |

Zimmerwechsel wegen Klimaanlagendefekt. Laute Bauarbeiten auf Nachbargrundstück. Zum Swimmingpool, Restaurant u. zum Meer muss man vom Hotel aus eine kleine Strasse überqueren. |

Il servizio fornito dall'hotel è sicuramente di ottimo livello, lo stesso si può dire per lo stato di manutenzione della infrastruttura. Durante la notte è talvolta rumoroso, sia per l'impianto di aria condizionata installato nella stanza che per il frigobar che carica a intervalli per tutta la notte. La dislocazione dell'hotel indicata sulla mappa non corrisponde all'effettiva posizione dello stesso. |

Wir wurden mit dem von uns mitgebuchten pick up service vom flughafen abgeholt und wurden an der rezeption schon mit einem kalten getränk und einem blumenkranz freundlich empfangen. Das gesamte hotelpersonal begegnet einem stets mit einem freundlichen lächeln und man fühlt sich wirklich sehr willkommen. Die zimmer sind sauber und sehr schön, der blick vom balkon auf die tropisch - grüne gartengest Leider mussten wir vor ort feststellen dass unser hotel keinen strand hatte, und auch der strand des nachbarhotels nicht mitbenützt werden durfte. (Dies betrifft zwar nicht wirklich das hotel, wäre jedoch eine wichtige info) auch hatten wir das gefühl, dass dieses hotel eher für paare geeignet ist (gläserne schiebetür zum bad, gläserne dusche ,,,) wer sich mit diesen infos für das hotel entscheide |
