Our entire 11 days were perfect. The staff were attentive, happy and very obliging. When we first arrived we were upgraded however found that the hot water was not working within 10 minutes of advising staff they had maintenance people attending to the problem. The food was excellent and plentiful with quite a big choice. We especially loved the towel folding each day (into animals of all types), also a lovely touch often getting fruit platters left in our room. However the most special touch we thought was the turn down service each night - Thank you to all the staff we look forward to seeing you all again :) We had not stayed in Koh Samui before and chose this Hotel due to it's beachside location - but when we explored the other end of Cheweng beach we did prefer the deeper water to swim in (outside Baan Haad Ngam the water was quite shallow) however this did not prevent much of a problem for us as we enjoyed our daily walks along the beach to swim and also enjoyed floating on our water beds outside the Baan Haad Ngam.

we stayed in 7 hotels during out 17 day trip of Thailand. This was the best one. Great location away from the really busy part of town but just a few mintues in a taxi. Amazing pool. Excellent rooms. Eternity pool leads straight onto white sand and blue sea.

We enjoyed the good service by the staff, especially the maid. Nice beach, good restaurant, pretty hotell and garden, A bit short on sunbeds on the beach, but it is better to lay in the eternal long beach to soak up the sun!!

The beach Definitely not a four star hotel more like a backpackers. The bathrooms were disgusting and pair was coming off the walls. We immediately had to change rooms and this wasn't much better. We payed the extra money to stay here thinking we were going to be treated well but this was not the case. We have stayed in far superior hotels for a third of the price. The staff were not helpful and charged for everything including a courtesy call call to our next hotel. The pool was small and always taken by people reserving spots with towels from 7am. The only thing positive were the cleaners and the beach. Sorry guys you really need to shape up your act and learn a few things from the other excellent hotels around.

The air conditioning in the room was very noisy. The bed was extremely hard. The cooked english breakfast option was very poor. The board walk area around the pool was in a bad state of repair with loose boards springing. The whole boardwalk shook when anyone walked on it. Not enough sunbeds for guests and we were continually bitten by mosquetos that were getting into our room via the bathroom.

The pool villa is just the most beutyful hotel room I ever sow. Perfect for a young couples on honeymoon or special vacation. The hotel is a little far away from the chweng center so it's quiet. The hotel send it's van to the center four times a day. About nothing bad except it's a bit far away from the center but as I wrote earlier it's an advantage.

The pool villa was exquisite. Everything was simply wonderful. The bathroom is quite spacious, the room well lit, the tv large, and having a pool right outside your (sliding glass) doors was fantastic. They also have a good restaurant and the housekeeping staff were superb. The front desk staff made booking trips and taxis an effortless task. Overall, a 10/10. Well, it could have been less expensive.

Restaurant is right on the beach with a lovely view. Garden rooms on bottom level are very dark. The room we were first given on the second level was directly in front of lobby with no privacy. Bathroom was dark, with black tile and cramped. Rooms shown on website were nicer than what we had.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel! Nice breakfast,. My little son even got a nice birthdaycake!!!!!!! When we got up too late one morning it was impossible to gen any kind of breakfast even for our 10 year old son who just wanted at pancake! The reply was that now it was lunch and that it was not possible to make any kind of breakfast! So we had to go elsewhere! Bad service!!!!

They have a lovely garden with variaty of plants. The sea view is beautiful. There is a road passing through the hotel garden. Our room was just beside the road which was nosiy at night. Then we changed the room which was better.

The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Beautiful landscape and garden. Love the jacuzzi and DVD player in the room. Room is very clean and spacious. Free Wi-fi in most area of the hotel including the room. Love the everyday's towel folding. Good promotion for the spa, drinks and lunch deals. Temperature of the water heater is irregular due to the small capacity of the heater. A lot of flies, ants and mosquitoes in the restaurant and pool area. Shower head in the spa is spoilt.

We experienced a number of problems with our original (lower end price) room, which had been flooded from the rainstorms and showed damage, included (old) stains on our sheets, and the air conditioner broke and leaked into the bathroom. However, following these problems the staff was kind enough to upgrade us free of charge to the Pool Villa (the highest end room) which was absolutely stunning. Well worth staying in the Pool Villa, not worth staying in the low end, bottom row of rooms which were flooded.

Excellent hotel, lovely location right on the beach, The staff were always smiling, and the location was excellent, just a 10-15 minute walk into Chaweng. Stayed in the Deluxe Villa which was very nice, upgraded to Pool Villa which was amazing. The pool area lacked sufficient seating.

Very calm place with execellent private space. It's situated in a 15 minutes walking to the center of Chaweng beach if you go by the road, and about 10 minutes if you go throught the beach. But at the same time, if you take a motobike (as everybody do) you will never notice it.

The pool villas are an excellent stay if you dont have budget constraints. But then its worth it as theres privacy because the main pool is small and crowded and not enough chairs to cater to everyone if you are not early. Quite a walk to Chaweng town centre but its a better option as its away from the crowd. Small main pool.

Very convenient location, away from the madness, but very close to Chaweng and access to good restatuants, shopping, spas and access to other towns. Olivio restaurant very good, friendly staff. The reception area could do with a makeover as it is your first impression on arrival. Small gym required but otherwise would highly recommend Baan Haad Ngam.

Fantastic, wow what lovely management and staff, nothing was a bother, they were always friendly and attentive and the few staff that couldn't understand my requests because of my accent would immediately get a staff member who could help me. I cannot say enough good things about this resort. Food at Olivia's restaurant was a high standard. Beach was beautiful and clear to swim in and heaps of fun to use their kayaks for free to go exploring. We stayed in a pool Villa, absolutely beautiful and our adult children stayed in standard rooms which were just as good without the pools. We are heading back in 6 months for another two week break at this resort, we can't wait :)

“I like almost anything , the rooms are very nice , clean, huge, very comfortable. The staf very friendly and speak English anouth to understand what we want. Pool very nice and big . The hotel have free shuttle to chaweng . Beach around hotel in my opinion the best beach in Samui , clean with white sand. The area is very nice and in left side of the hotel on the beach you have best Thai food plase ( old lady owned) in Changmon, very recommended. When you arrive to hotel ask for room class to the pool, other way you have to walk alot.” Itzhak, Tel-aviv |
