les travaux a 8h du matin tout les jours, cet hotel n'est pas fini c'est dommage

Pas de wifi dans les chambres, 1seul PC a la réception pour tout les clients de l'hotel .

La proximité de la plage

Tout, la chambre sans fenêtre ,le ménage bâcle, la wi fi ne marchait pas dans la chambre il faut sortir dans le couloir pour qu'elle fonctionne.de plus ils n'étaient pas très content que nous ayons réserve par booking car le tarif etait preferentiel

La réception de cet hotel est incompétente, 3/4 d'heure d'attente avant de recevoir les clé ma chambre et de nouveau 3/4 d'heures pour qu'il modifie le lit en un grand lit pour deux personnes, Internet ne marche pas les 3/4 du temps. La vue mer proposé est gaché par une énorme sturcture métallique (c'est le cas pour toutes les chambre). La Chambre Double ou Lits Jumeaux de Luxe avec Vue sur Mer est déonseiller rapport/qualité prix par rapport au standard asiatique.Durant mon séjpour dans cette hotel j'ai rencontrer une vingtaine de personnes sans plaindre et une dixaine l'ont même quitté

Ce que nous avons aimé , c le cadre magnifique de l'hôtel avec sa piscine qui parcoure toute la structure de l'établissement.

Ce que nous n avons pas aimé , c un manque d'organisation à la réception. Il a fallu plus d'une demie heure pour trouver notre réservation.

The hotel is under renovation at the moment so has some construction noise, but nothing to disturb holiday. The breakfast was really good, variety and freshness good. Good service and very clean around food areas. The swimming pool was lovely, clean and was open until midnight which we liked as the nights were very warm. Rooms were cleaned daily as well as linen changed daily. The deluxe rooms are huge. The staff were lovely, when my husband nearly collasped the staff helped me with him to our room, then a few minutes later were back with supplies and ice, and stayed with him, cooling him and giving medical treatment. Couldn,t thank them enough for there help, we very much appreciated it.

The only thing we didnt like was the band, which played everynight very loud music until 12.30 am. Got on your nerves a bit after 16 days. On the bright side though they were good singers and played a wide variety of music old and very up to date songs, just wished it wasnt quite so loud.

Location great & swimming pool. Check- in was easy. Free water and soft drinks in the mini bar provided dailly

Loud music from band. Housekeeping is bad. Rooms are not clean well. No internet in the room. No tolite in the reception area.

we stayed in a no window room and it is ok. However there are little cackroaches in the toilet and near the trashcan.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and this is speaking from someone who has travelled all over the world. Our airconditioner leaked all night the jack hammers and construction started at 8.00 everymorning (which we were not told or comensated for). People swam and screamed and shouted in the pool till 5am and the list goes on. The rooms are nothing like the pictures on the net and require a huge amount of maintance. The Bathrooms needed to be scrubbed for a week and the whole experience was nothing like what we expected. Hugely over priced and hugely overated!!!!

Across the road from the beach with beautiful pool and bar with great band and staff. Sea view room on top-level was large and had a beautiful view and position. Khun Jack makes a great dirty vodka martini (Thank you!) Bar staff are willing to tweak cocktails to your tastes (E.G. sweetness and sourness).

Policy of charging customers who replace minibar items with outside purchases (why?!). Our sea view room's bathroom had a musty smell. Cocktails were made using non-branded spirits; buffet breakfast was average quality; and restaurant food was unexceptional yet priced high. All this spotlights a "profit before quality" approach across the hotel's food and beverage product lines.

Close to shopping, night life and many other activities. Pool is beautiful, restaurant food and staff great lovely atmosphere can see fireworks let and lanterns let off at beach every night, band every night adds to great feeling. Cocktails amazing always 2 for 1 would not stay anywhere else if returning to Phuket.

Only 1 computer with net access for the whole hotel.

The pool villa room definitely worth it walking out to the balcony and getting into the pool.. Size room was good for two as well pool was nice

Service was poor kept taking dirty towels but not leaving new ones so would get out the pool and have no towel pretty slow on getting to rooms when approached
